The week three challenge is a lot easier for me.  I have got into the habit of doing this automatically now.  To really challenge myself, I'm trying to keep repeating week 1 and week 2 goals each week too.

The scales show I have now lost a total of 7kg.  I am so happy but so frustrated because I still look like a hippo and can not fit my old clothes.  I keep telling myself that anything (anything!) on top of a 7kg loss will soon start to show but boy am I impatient!

Page 48 - Woo hoo! Almost caught up, boy we are a chatty bunch aren't we?

Haha you're my height!  I'm a little guy.  XD  It adds to the illusion that I'm a kid.   (Which I don't mind at alL!)  A certified letter was delivered for my mom today and the person delivering it said I could give it to her.  Then he said "You're at least fifteen, right?"  :lmao:  I told him I was 35.  He was amazed XD

Hey! Be thankful for that. Afterall, that means when your like 110 you'll get ALL the ladies. I still get carded every single time I order a drink or go to a casino. The only time I don't is when I have my hair dyed dark.

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:19:29 PM

OMG, that's amazing!  I don't think I'm likely to be mistaken for a fifteen year old any time soon. I like to think I look younger than my late 30's though - and I certainly feel like I am. :frolic:

Me either, but apparently I do look like I'm under 21! Benefits of living clean and avoiding the sun like the plague I guess. My mom keeps telling me that I'll be happy for it as I get older.

Aw, I didn't have you as another short person Cubby! I'm only 5'3 myself xD

Another member of the 5ft 2 club here

Gosh! At 5 foot 1 inch, I'm beginning to feel like the shortest person here :) It's a good thing I've reconciled myself with my vertically challenged self a long time ago!

Well I get 1 point for Thursday for exercising. I went over my target calories again, but got 45 minutes of Yoga in -whew...

My postitives for today; 1. I have a deep connection with animals, 2. I have an odd fashion sense, 3. I am working toward returning to college - I hope it works out!!!

Yay! What are you planning to study in college? I'm finishing up my Specialist degree (sort of between a Masters and a Doctorate), but I'd like to go back for my Doctorate once my husband finishes up his bachelors/masters. I'm also planning to work in the field some too.

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:21:20 PM

2 points for me today. I went for a big walk and have been eating well.

The scales now say I have lost a total of 6.5kgs :frolic:

Yay! And even more yay! Since I just saw your most recent post  :cheer:

Awwww all of you sound so cute! <3 I often wish I was a little shorter. Haha :P I'm 5'6 myself and I often feel so much taller than a lot of people xD I have a short person body on long, not so slender legs xD

Alrighty so yesterday was finally another 2 pointer for me! Bringing me to 22 now. Now I need to think of some more positives. x3

- I love animals
- My friend told me I looked like I lost weight the other day. That made my day!
- I am an awesome babysitter. Lol

And major congrats on your weightless Kiwi!! :D You're doing great!

Woo! I think that being tall is awesome, I always wish that I were about 3-4 inches taller :) That is awesome that your friend complimented you! Congrats!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:23:53 PM

I'm 5'8 and compared to pretty much ALL of my friends I am a giant XD Only one friend is my height, the rest are like 5'0-5'4 at the tallest. I think it does help me carry my weight a lot better though. I have really long slender legs and a long torso, so it takes a lot of weight for me to actually start looking overweight. Unfortunately I'm at that point now, still looking rather pear shaped.

Pfft. I saw your picture in another thread. You still look great, but I am glad you're working on getting a bit healthier so you can be happy with you. :) I have a lot of super thin friends so sometimes I feel like a clunky bear inside a china shop. You're doing great!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:25:15 PM

still cannot get myself into really exercising at the moment. I'm blaming it on my schedual, but i just feel like thats a crappy excuse....  anywhoo  1 pt for each day since monday... so only 10 so far.... and i completely forgot about the challenge....bleh!  not doing so hot...... maybe today i can change things around!

 You and me both. The food thing I've got going on! Exercise though is still a big ew. Though sometimes schedules do make it hard. Maybe try actually scheduling exercise into your schedule for a bit?

I totally think you can change things around :cheer:  I think by this time next week we BOTH will have super positive things to report!

Happy belated birthday, SurfStar!

I weighed in today and apparently I've gained back 2 pounds 0_o! WTH? I'm exercising, eating healthy... what gives? It's very frustrating. Yesterday was a 2 point day! And let's see if I can come up with three things: 1) I look waaay younger than I am. 2) I am compassionate. 3) I really don't care what other people think or say about me. A friend of mine was overheard telling another friend that I was just so nerdy. I felt all warm and fuzzy from the compliment, lol!

 Thank you! :)

It could be water/muscle weight. I've had that happen to me and GOSH is it frustrating. Sometimes too it can be what you've eaten over the past couple of days sticking with you weird.

For instance, anytime I have a Mountain Dew, I will always show a 1lb gain on my scale. It's so weird. Just give it a little bit of time to even out.

I also always feel warm fuzzies when people call me a nerd. I hope the rest of your week went well!

So much unpacking being done still and I got hardware for some wall shelves (woohoo!), so I'm going to be busy busy busy and always getting in some exercise. Good timing!

So, now that my pad is here, let's see if anyone is still interested in taking on a DDR Challenge!

DDR Challenge #1: Best score on "A." by DJ Amuro!

"A." is always a big challenge for me because of the consistent changes in rhythm. It's hard to get it perfect. I have a AA+ on it in Light Mode, so I will be doing this challenge in Standard Mode! If you want to show us your scores, snap a photo of the after-song screen, showing us your score. Good luck Dance Dancers!

I shall work this into my schedule this week! Though my guess is I will be terrible at it! :) I'll do what I can though!

:cheer: Yay for getting things unpacked, I can never stand to just leave my stuff in boxes after a move!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:29:43 PM

I'm 5'5 and that is actually pretty short compared to most people in my area.  :P
I don't really mind though.

Yesterday was a 1.5 day for me because I went for a nice walk downtown, but I ended up getting some ice cream to cool down.
Today I am planning to get some exercise in with a nice walk through the mall with my boyfriend. I'm really hoping to find a new pony or Monster High doll for my collection.

 I did the same thing after my walk on Friday. I did really great but almost went over my food because we stopped at Sonic afterwards. Though I did share some of my vanilla shake with my dog, he always manages to enjoy ice cream.

Some days, not dying is a great accomplishment. Hang in there. It will get better.

Gosh. I feel you here. After being super sick for the last couple of days, not dying has definitely been both the highlight (and downer) of my day! I'm now starting to feel better though, so that is definitely something!

Checking in for the week. Just started a new job this week so my internet time has gone down the drain, which may actually be a good thing lol. So far still going strong, though my job has forced me to re-work my plan a little. Since I work 7am-4pm, my morning walk has been moved to a walk on the treadmil right before bed. Monday wasn't my best day; first day of work, and they brought in mini donuts for breakfast ^^;;; That was a one point day for sure XD

I have no problem with curves, I have large breasts and hips and shoulders, so I will never be a stick, but this is not what I want to look like.

 Well I think that you're doing great to get back to where you want to be. I totally hear you on that part though, my germanic/italian ancestry means that I am definitely never going to be a stick. I've got curves.. sometimes I even like them too (just not usually, when I am jogging)!

My husband is military so he is very physically fit. We don't take photos together. Ever. Got some last summer and again ... I felt so ashamed and disgusting when I saw them. I look like a troll when I stand next to him and it makes me feel ashamed that he treats me like I'm so beautiful and I know people who are looking in from the outside don't see that. I don't care for the opinions of strangers, but I want to be able to stand tall next to my husband and I want people to envy me, not say in their heads, "How did she convince him to marry her?"

"No matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everybody on the couch."

Oh man! This, just this. My hubby is also military and that pretty much sums up how I feel too! I always feel like such a cow when I'm in pictures next to him.

 And I very much agree with your quote. I might not move very fast (right now) but I am at least moving!

Had a good day today!! Yay! I've been inspired, which helps. My dietician wasn't thrilled with me, but she's helping me in the right direction (as always) and said some very useful things. ^.^ Also, I found out that two people I know in the hospital also have EDs! :whoa:

One of the cardiac nurses who was assigned to my Gran (she was so wonderful.. Gran teared up when she was transferred today!) has anorexia, and I'm guessing Gran had told her because she put her arm around me and whispered 'take care' when we were leaving. She has two young babies ^.^ which is something amazing to hear for me, because it shows me that my dreams really are achievable even with this. And the Costa barrista I'm friendly with caught the same bus as me, and we both found out about each others' disorders! XD We have so much in common, it's amazing to feel like there's someone to relate to. :D

So I'm feeling better in the knowledge that I do have hope, and I really do have reason to keep going. I'm considering applying for voluntary work at our local Children's Hospital and possibly at the Hospital itself for a work placement, and I'm finding more reasons to keep my chin up. Tonight, I'm going to try my darn hardest.

 I'm glad to hear that you're having better days and that you've found some awesome folks you can relate to! I hope that helps. I think that it's wonderful that you're finding more reasons to keep your chin up and keep moving forward!

 I hope that this trend continues for you!

Sorry I haven't been posting, I don't even want to get into the craziness I've been dealing with. I'll try my best to participate on the weekend though. :)

 It's all good, I can only imagine but I'm glad to see you check in :) I hope things shift to a dull roar (from up-roar) for you soon!

It doesn't help that my friends are all those magical people who can down fast food and giant sodas ever day and somehow weigh 120 lbs XD

Gosh! I know, that's how my friends are too. I am so envious of them somedays I think I might just turn green. Which would be terrible, because I look awful in green.

 Just keep moving forward, you're doing fabulous!

LOL shorties. My husband tells people his wife is "fun-sized".

This made me giggle. I will now forever think of myself as being 'Fun-sized'.

Yay! Another 2 pointer day for me! Walked/jogged around the park in 102 degree weather! So proud of myself! Lol Which now brings me to 24 if I have been counting right! :P 3 more good things if I can find more x3

- I have an amazing other half who loves me and encourages me every day. Yes I consider this a huge positive about myself.
- I am a very well rounded, open minded person.
- I have very white, bright teeth. Lol

I'm proud of you too! I can barely slog about when it's only 90ish degrees outside around 11 after it's cooled off! I can't imagine jogging in 102 degree weather!

sigh sometimes ppl are so rude havering the TV so loud it wakes you up when you sleep with 2 fans and 2 pillows over your head in a room separate from the t with the door closed is too much any ways wake up early today to early with howtired i am from the mono

I had that problem a lot with my old room-mates, they just couldn't seem to keep it down. I often wondered if they weren't going a bit deaf or something! It was super frustrating.

 Hopefully it gets better for you soon. Maybe you could try chatting to them about it?

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:53:09 PM

I'm going to start with my three things, 'cause I need a boost, I'm feeling rather down and don't know why.

I think I lost some weight this week, maybe. Last night I got on the scale and it said 188, no change, which is not bad, but this morning it said 186, so I'm gonna go with that! Lol

I always weight myself first thing in the morning. I wait about 10-15 minutes after I get up then get my weight. At the end of the day you'll have some food and water weight, where in the morning you're less likely to have all that 'stuff' still there. I'd definitely go with your morning weight.

I'm sorry you've been feeling down. I hope that you were feeling better the rest of this week!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:54:03 PM

Kiwi, just had a blah day.  Fighting my depression, unmotivated.  Bleh.  Yeah today should be better I hope.

 I hope it was better. Depression is such a pain in the rear, I hate that some days I just feel super apathetic.

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:54:48 PM

Sorry I've been gone! My friends were here for several days and I ate like crap the whole time haha, but I got a lot of exercise. I'll have to calculate my points later, I forgot to keep track.

 I hope that you had loads of fun while your friends were there! It sounds like you had a good time even if you did eat worse than normally. Life happens though :)

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:57:03 PM

  It's so easy to have down days when you are trying to lose weight. I know eating a block of chocloate certainly makes me feel better - but it's only temporary, and then I have to cope with the weight gain.

If it's sunny where you live try to get out for a walk, or even sit somewere quite and just enjoy the warmth on your skin.  Goid luck :)

It's sunny, but blinking cold here today.  Hubby and I are taking the dog for a walk through the forest again soon.  Hubby usually won't walk (he's tall and slim so why would he?) but we have the inlaws dog staying with us until the end of July and he needs to be exercised.  I would be struggling a lot more if I had to go walking by myself, so I am making the most of it at the moment.  After July will be harder but at least then we are mostly through winter.

This is why I try and reward myself with other things besides food. Less 'guilt' associated with it. Usually I just go off and paint my nails, for me I find that adding some sparkle to myself makes me feel a bit better. Or a nap, sometimes just a good nap will make me feel a bit better.

Yeah, I much prefer walking with someone. It's hard cause my Hubby isn't really supportive with the get in shape thing. He's always been slim and can eat anything he wants, so he just doesn't 'get' it. I know he's not deliberately sabotaging me, but there are days when it certainly feels like it!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:57:27 PM

2 points today and my weekly challenge point, too! Yay!

Today has been amazing. I feel really good (I love DDR you guys, you have no idea). Hubbs rewarded my efforts today by getting me a present. Teehee! Going to weigh-in tomorrow, finally. Then I'll get to establish myself and really figure this thing out. I am unstoppable!

 I'm glad that you had an amazing day! I hope that your weigh-in goes super well!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 09:58:53 PM

I'm still pushing myself to keep up the challenge from the first week and try new things.  On Thursday I bought some dried cherries ( I love cherries but have never tried them dried before).  They are okay... I'd rather have raisins but apparently they are high in fibe (which I struggle to get enough of) so I'm eating a few every day until I get a taste for them.

I've been for a big walk through the forest again today with hubby and the dog.  I won't tally my points until I go to bed though, just incase I get the choclate munchies and lose my eating point.  So far so good though...

I'm off to have a shower now.  I'll say my three positives to myself while I'm in there :)

Hmmm. I've never had dried cherries, I can't eat raisins so I think I'll try some of those! Nice to see that you're having so many really good days all in a row! :cheer:

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 10:00:07 PM

I'm trucking on... I was lying on the floor earlier, about to do my crunchies, and thinking 'oh... can I be bothered?' But then Jimi Hendrix's 'Foxy Lady' came on my music shuffle, and I got way motivated. Heck yeah! I wanna be a foxy lady!! I then did 100 crunchies in one go - my best in one go yet, and did another 50 in between my other exercises which are also slowly increasing in quantity  :)

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend  :)

Woo! Isn't it amazing how motivating music can be? I try and keep my work-out play lists stocked with music that makes me really get pumped for doing things. Most of the time it works!

:cheer: Awesome that you were able to do so great!

alright yesterday was a 1 point day.. idk.. been sad lately mostly due to having no friends in the area. I'm very much a social person and it's been about 2 weeks without friends. Doing better today.. slept it off apparently.

Last set of 3:
1. I love to learn, I see so many just give up.
2. I kind of know my way around a computer, getting better with tech stuff all the time
3. I'm proud of myself for giving up soda :D

 I'm glad that sleep helped you feel better. If I knew anyone in your area I'd point you to them. I hope that you're able to find some people to hang out with soon. :)

Anyone know any good low cal sugary things? I have a hard time resisting sugar and unfortunately a lot of those items are suuupper high in calories.

 I'm glad to see that you've been doing so great! I think that Brightside has a great list! I know I mostly stick with sugar free gum and the occasional hershey's kiss.

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 10:03:20 PM

^ I have a ridiculously sweet tooth, Rhini, so maybe I can help you.. ^.^

Tic tacs are 2 cals each.
Pixy Stix are 8 cals each.
Pop Rocks, around 25 cals.
Marshmallow Fluff is a godsend - 40 cals in two tablespoons!
There's about 28 cals in a chupa chup lollipop.
Airheads, 60 cals per stick.
Cherryheads, 90 cals in a pack.
Marshmallows are often fat-free.
Sugar-free sweeties and sweeteners in your drinks instead of sugar tend to have under 5 cals!
Bubblegum / sugar free gum often tend to be really low cal also.

If you're craving chocolate, I recommend trying a few squares of dark choc instead of milk. It contains antioxidants and is much better for you! As an alternative, why not try fruity ice lollies? Or frozen grapes?

Mmmm. So many of my favorite things on this list :) I'm saving it for later use though, I think that this is great information!

2 poitnts...i am a clean freak and proud of it:) cleand my basement and bathroom for workout....great hair....and bubbly personality:)

 There is nothing wrong with liking things clean! I'll be doing that this week myself now that I am starting to feel better!

I did poorly on vacation (as I had suspected).  Lots of junk food, though I did all my exercises plus rode bikes and walked and boogie boarded.  So 1 point each day from the 16th to the 25th.  I've done pretty well since coming back though, I had a salad last night when my husband ate pizza.

 Did you at least have fun while on vacation?

I'm glad that you were able to get in lots of exercise and get back in the saddle with food now that you're home. I think that's the most important part!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 10:08:30 PM

2 points for me today. :) Even did good while shopping at the grocery store! That's 2 good trips in a row. Feeling happy.

Just finished a wicked round of DDR. Ate good today. I was really hungry, but avoided eating early so I could enjoy a nice meal at Panera without having to worry about eating too much. Stopped when I was full.

It's been a great weekend. I'm in a super-good mood and it's really affecting my energy level and my motivation to keep on.

 Yay! I'm glad that you're doing great and that you're in a great mood!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 10:10:15 PM

Checking in of the day! I ate well. Even whe. We went to Wendy's I opted for a salad x3 Went thrifting from 9:30 to 3 so, needless to say that was a nice work out in itself. Lol I also did my leg exercises. I'll give myself a 1.5 since I didn't actually do an official cardio work out. 25.5 points!

Everyone is doing great! :D And don't worry, Zenna. Vacation is the one time you're supposed to be allowed to not eat so great! :) And keep up the DDRin, Yuru! I would join your challenges but I only have the Xbox 360 for right now and the DDR on there is a lot different from PS2 :( I prefer PS2 a lot but....it's what I got right now. Lol And no way to hook up my PS2 in the first place :<

 Maybe we can work up some more generalized challenges since I switch between my 360 and PS2. Maybe just see if we can go X minutes or get X score. XD I dunno, I'm not super great at them yet anyway. I'm still on easy mode right now while I get back into it.

My dyslexia makes DDR and Guitar Hero so much more of a challenge at times.

 You're doing fabulous!

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 10:12:03 PM

First of all, so jealous! I wanted to go thrifting this weekend, but had to pass it up due to financials not cooperating. Bah! Find anything good?

I'm saving up now, since I'll be moving in the beginning of August. I'm hoping to furnish my place doing mostly thrifting. Sometimes it's hard for me though since it can evoke some traumatic childhood memories!

I'm challenging myself though to furnish the place with items I find going thrifting or garage sale'ing.

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 10:12:36 PM

I found a lot of tahirts and shorts! Haha :) I'm stocking up for my vacation next week! ;D Thrifting is so amazing isn't it? *3* I hope you get to go some time soon!

And I have DDR Universe 2 :) I need to see if any of the gamestops around here have the first and third one so I have more songs to choose from. Let me know if you can find any good songs! :)

Ooooh. I hope that you have tons and tons of fun while you are vacation! :)

I shall file this away! Thanks! I got some dark chocolate at Target and while I normally don't like it, this stuff was really good! It was sea salt flavored, and I really liked the extra kick of salt at then end. I have this problem where I'll eat something sweet, then salty, then sweet etc etc because I keep trying to balance the other out, and this way it satisfied both! I have some frozen lemonade pops in the freezer too that are okay.

I did pretty good today, ate kidna meh but was up and active and doing stuff all afternoon. 1 point!

Mmm. I often find myself eating the Dreyer's (Edy's) fruit pops. I also found a fantastic recipe for making home-made fruit pops. I have such a terrible sweet tooth that it's my biggest downfall too.

I'm definitely going to have to check my Target for that chocolate though! It's often that circle I get trapped in too.

 I'm glad that you're working on finding a good balance for yourself!

I might be able to go thrifting next weekend, but we shall see!

Not seeing any overlapping songs based on what I have, but will look into the other PS2 games and see what's there. If not, I have an Xbox 360. Maybe I can cross the streams!

This could be just the challenge you were waiting for to join the dark side! Though I have DDR games for just about every system I own actually.... >.>;

ooph...  >_<  No food points for me today... I baked cookies....

...and we just got in the door from dinner at the in-laws... divine asian style pork belly  :lookround:

...and owing to cookie baking, and a day filled with visitors and visiting... exercise was and for the rest of the evening will be a no goer... I'll be better tomorrow!!

Mmmm. Cookies, yeah. I have that issue when I bake too. Now I just try and factor some of that into my diet for the day since I know I'm going 'sample' a few things anyway!

Your dinner sounds utterly delicious though! I'm glad that you had a fun day and that you'll be getting back to it tomorrow :)

^ yum baking!  :P

I've been good again today.  Went for a forestry walk and have been eating well.  I also went through my drawers and had a big throw out of old clothes that I will never wear again.  Some of them were so awful that I can't even give them to the op-shop.

 I try and do that with my clothes about once every 6 months. This time I'm also getting rid of my 'fat' clothes. I've decided that I'm not going to lose weight this time.... I certainly don't want to find it again! I also get some things as gifts and while they always mean well... some of them are terrible white elephants.

Post Merge: July 01, 2012, 10:19:26 PM

I need to do that so badly. I've spent so much time not having to leave the house (SAHM, yay/boo) that my wardrobe is pretty much reduced to two pairs of jeans that don't fit, pajamas and 10 year old t-shirts. It's shameful, really.

Sounds like you could do with some thrifting or clothes shopping too! Maybe you should make that a goal reward :)

But we just went for a meal, which strikes absolute fear into me.. but I realised that I was a lot of calories behind what I'm supposed to be having, and I calculated the amount I'd need. So had a look at the children's menu. I managed around 3/4 of a small children's pizza (mini!) and around 5 chips.

I feel so, so sick and it's seriously screwing with my head, but I'm giving myself the full 2 points because for me, this was one heck of an achievement. I can't say it'll be happening again anytime soon and I've got an hour of cardio planned to compensate for it, but it took a lot of willpower and overcoming fear to manage even this small amount.

 I am absolutely proud of you though! This is a big big step, even if it's not one you're going to do again for a bit. This is awesome!! I just... well, I'm speechless. I'm so so proud of you right now. If I were there, I would be giving you SUCH a hug. :)

^ Oh! That's something I'm often persuaded to do in my therapy sessions, so I don't think I'll have too much difficulty with it. ^.^

I was consequently very, very sick a few hours after I posted.. :yikes: It wasn't a purge either. I don't think my body could cope with it at all. At the moment a little dehydrated but I'll make sure to drink something anti-oxidanty (green tea perhaps?) to make sure things are still in balance. ^.^

That's where I got it from, one of my therapy sessions. I think it's important to understand why we are eating. :)

And I can imagine that you were sick, the food was probably a bit (a lot!) too rich for your system. I'm glad that you're still going to keep things in balance though and that you're trying! Besides, sick or not, you still did it! Gosh. I'm just so proud of you

Now that will be a challenge...thanks surfstar:)
2 points mowed the lawn and did ddr....i hate ugly yards and i just felt lazy so i did ddr..played piano because i have a competition coming up:) kept cals low breakfast was great cooked by hubby...lunch i just wanted a pizza taste so pizza lean pocket and had a glass of wine stating a job well done:)

I just try to not look at my yard so much. The oceans of lawn we have right now do nothing to inspire me .... except maybe to stay indoors!

 I'm glad that you were able to satisfy your craving with something that was healthier. Also do try home-made pizza, often it has way less calories and you get to control your ingredients :)

I think you'll do great at the challenge and maybe start to understand how to get around your sweets issue :)

That is a cool list! Does reading and doing something new lead to a lot of new crafts for you? I know that it does for me sometimes.
Reading always leads to new crafts!
 :frolic:
And usually a walk down to the fabric store. I have been going down there about once or twice a week now. It's good because it gets me a workout and new fabric.

I think this weeks challenge is going to be well... a challenge for me. xD I know I need to sit down more and think about what I am eating and why. I usually realize half way through eating it that it was just a craving. I love that list of sweets with low calories. I am going to have to save that!~

 Well I hope that you have fun with the challenge, regardless! I think that it's always a good thing to recognize our eating triggers.

I love going to fabric stores, I enjoy touching all the different textures... though I am terribly hopeless at sewing!

---Well you are pretty awesome. That's just a given though. Like science facts.---

I like this woman!  XD  You're gonna make me get a big head.  XD

--And good, I was looking at someone that would be willing to do some more animation/TLK type hyenas as a sticker sheet for me. I realized I hadn't asked you though, so... well Surprise!--

Awesome!  : D  You must have gotten into my head.

Ugh, allergic to grass.  That bites!  Haha Robin hood.  Love that movie!

Anyway I am eating well tonight.  Got out my Richard Simmons Deal-A-Meal thingy which has worked for me in the apst.  0 again yesterday though. ;sigh:  Anyway hopefully I will work in the basement and get my second poi t, too.

As for the challenge--no prob, sounds simple.

Oooh. My Mom has one of those systems. I actually remember it being pretty cool actually! It sounds like you're back on track today at least.

And yes, being allergic to grass sucks! Like right now, not only do I have the worst virus ever the pollen count is also high so I get a double dose of miserable!

 And I bet you'll do great at the challenge! :)

I did not do so well this week. I blame a lack of conviction and commitment. I'll get my total tomorrow. My grandma told me something a couple of months ago that has stuck in my head lately.

"Discipline is the key to true freedom." I need to focus and not let anything sidetrack me from the life I want.

 Tomorrow starts a brand new week. I have every faith that you will get there :) Just don't try to change everything overnight, start small!

OK, Been a crazy week between over-working and migraines (2 NASTY ones this week due to lack of sleep) so . . . here's my check-in!
I'm failing on nutrition b/c of work and migrianes (when I get a migraine I can only stomach specific things, and they tend to be very caloric) this week.  However, I have a plan going forward to avoid at least the work aspect of it, while still working.  I already stocked up on HEALTHY fruits for this week with another shopping trip planned wed to pick up replacement fruits.  Grapes, peaches, and bananas Oh My Yumm!

I failed on exercize today b/c I traded with a co-worker for the day off.  I slept from 2AM till 1:30PM today, did about 2 hours worth of paperwork, then fell asleep from 4 to 8 on the couch.  Woke up, ate supper, took a bath, and now I'm going to bed.  I'm still totally wiped too, can you tell?  lol

 I hope that your migraines go away soon! I get them occasionally as well so I know what you mean about the oddly specific cravings. I'm glad to see that you're planning some healthier interventions later on!

I hope that things are able to adjust for you and that you will get to feeling better soon!

I think that your first one here is awesome! I know that I collect a some stuff but I always have this anxiety about actually showing them off. Though my partner's sometime snide comments certainly don't help matters any.

Haha, that's when you come up with a snarkier comment to toss back.  Or a funnily sarcastic one.

Thanks again for always replying to everyone, Surfstar!

I haven't been in here in a while I need a huge update to be done. I'll do it tomorrow as I don't have anything to catch up on apart from this. ^.^ I'm doing alright. Last week went fairly well. Dies lifting 20 kg bags count as exercise? I'll be doing a lot if lifting this week. Woohoo!! :D I'm drinking a fair bit of water, which is showing as I'm visiting the toilet very often lol. I'm going for a run and kicking the football around. Yay! ^.^

This challenge will be easy I do this already! I'm also setting a challenge for myself this week that instead if eating chips or chocolate when hungry I go for fruit or veg instead. I need this to be a habit, it's going to be hard but hey. ;)

I don't know why it wouldn't count as exercise! it certainly sounds energetic enough! Sounds like you're going to have a great time! I'm glad that this challenge should be easier for you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply, Surfstar.  I'm sorry to hear you have been unwell.  The heat certainly won't help.  I can send you some of the frost we had here this morning if you like.  Lol, I knew you would like long, silky hair on ponies!  Haircuts on a pony are a deal breaker for me.  'It's all about the hair!'

 You're welcome! I'd love it if you could send frost my way! I love, love cooler weather.

Haircuts are the deal breaker for me too! Though I can rehair them, I only do that with ponies I never have any intention of getting rid of.

Page 53 ~ Woooo! All Caught up!

Yay! That's pretty awesome, frustration not withstanding. :) I think that you'll be getting there soon and at least you've got a great goal! I'm also pretty darn impatient so I know how you feel.

I just have to keep reminding myself that I didn't gain all this weight in a week, I can't expect it to go away in a week either.

P.S. I doubt you look like a hippo, and even if you do... Hippo's are awesome. They are one of my favorite animals at the zoo.. there's a baby one there now and OMG is it adorable.

 Awesome! I'm glad that you got a new job, hopefully you're enjoying it! I think that it's great that you've been able to adjust your plan even with starting the new job!

 :)

SurfStar...I like being mistaken for a kid.  XD

OMG, that's amazing!  I don't think I'm likely to be mistaken for a fifteen year old any time soon. I like to think I look younger than my late 30's though - and I certainly feel like I am. -

Me either, but apparently I do look like I'm under 21!

Thats awesome, you guys!  : D

Haven't had much time to read the posts so I'm just checking in. Stayed busy today!
I can give myself a point but my eating kinda sucked. Tomorrow I NEED to get up early to take care of some stuff downtown so that will be a good start at least.

Got my points yesterday, I'm looking forward to working out today! Also tried something new. Better Oats Raw Chai Spice Oatmeal. Soo good! This week's challenge I do that before I eat anything usually anyways. This morning it was because I woke up hungry!

Me too. By nature I'm an overly analytical person and can't help myself.

I was go go go! this weekend. I cleaned a tonnn of stuff out my room and did a bunch of errands. My parents after visiting literally the day after i get back from the fair so i needed to get my apartment in order now before they're here.

Well, the weekend was a bust for me. I netted 1.5 points total . But it's a new week! I'll do better! I'm up to a total of 19 points. I think this week's challenge will help me out a lot, as I often eat out of boredom or depression. Like this morning, when my step father found out I was going to the MLP Fair he all but called me a creepy pedophile for collecting toys. Apparently he read some article about Brony Con and the terrible comments left made an impression on him . I immediately devoured a brownie to cheer myself up.
