Today was the THIRD day I went into TRU and they STILL didn't have my order off the truck. It was supposed to be ready MONDAY. Not only that, but the supervisor told me that my order might not even be ON the truck.I gave up and had them give me a refund in store credit which I used towards my Monster High I <3 Fashion Clawdeen. UGH. I'll just buy the ponies at regular price. Seriously not amused.
Just a quick question for those who have emailed CS, did the automatic received email notice come through right away or did it take a while. Just after submitting I started thinking I got distracted and tacked on the wrong email provider.
Still no "OMG I got a Celestia!!!!" posts eh? lol, sorry for being repetitive and impatient!

Just got off the phone w/ CS. Since the item is no longer showing up on the website / is out of stock, they cannot send any additional ponies. They are going to send a gift card in the amount of 5/6 of the amount paid on the order, to compensate for only 1/6 of the ponies being received.
