Today was the THIRD day I went into TRU and they STILL didn't have my order off the truck. It was supposed to be ready MONDAY. Not only that, but the supervisor told me that my order might not even be ON the truck.

I gave up and had them give me a refund in store credit which I used towards my Monster High I <3 Fashion Clawdeen. UGH. I'll just buy the ponies at regular price. Seriously not amused.

Sorry to hear that - that's super frustrating.

This really is the craziest thing I've seen in regard to the pony retail scene.  I feel bad for the in-store employees.  It's easier for the employees in customer service to view what's going on since they have the computers right there.  The in-store employees have to scurry around a gigantic store, have almost no info, and are doing their best to make it work.

Just a quick question for those who have emailed CS, did the automatic received email notice come through right away or did it take a while.  Just after submitting I started thinking I got distracted and tacked on the wrong email provider.

There wont be unfortunately. She does not exist as yet. We will see her eventually but not right now.

Yea exactly I would say there is about a 0.01% she is even made yet, pictures would be up. Don't worry we will see her eventually

Just got off the phone w/ CS.  Since the item is no longer showing up on the website / is out of stock, they cannot send any additional ponies. 

They are going to send a gift card in the amount of 5/6 of the amount paid on the order, to compensate for only 1/6 of the ponies being received.

I only received one pony despite being told otherwise from my email, but I am fine with that, as I was expecting to only get one pony. I am super pleased with my Sweetie Drops

I just received a Bon Bon. Even though they told me it was going to be six, I'm happy that at least I got one of the ones in the listing this time. I did really want Spitfire, but I'll be able to get her later.  One of the two is not bad!
