I contacted Customer Service via phone, they have a lot of complaints about this listing and are having problems with their inventory (stuff being in the wrong bin)! I was polite when they explained my situation and they gave me a refund, told me to keep the pony, and offered me 10% off my next online purchase. I wasnt gonna ask for 5 more ponies although my husband was pushing me to do so! =o

So.... who want to trade!? xD Im looking for Spitfire or Bon Bon!

I had to be on the phone for 2 hours yesterday. THe first person I spoke with agreed that I should have had more ponies and correct ones, and asked her manager about it who also told me the same thing, then they sent me to their elevated customer service because the first line CS did not know what to do to fix the problem, so the second line CS called around to store who were supposed to have them in stock to find out the correct box number but then the stores did not have them. So she said she would resend the order through to ship me another box....so I am half suspecting another single....but I got her name and ID number to talk with her again if it is wrong....

I was nice and did not order due to the mess-Toys R Us is having enough of a rough time without me included, and why do I need 6 of 'em? Lol. Glad to hear they are being awesome about it, now to wait so I can scoop up a Bon Bon.

Confirmed with customer service this evening that a corrected order is on it's way!  I should expect the package to arrive in 7-14 days.

I have no email or tracking number, but that's okay.  I have a case number TRU is able to reference.

...so...now I wait to see how many ponies & which ones will arrive.

Today was the THIRD day I went into TRU and they STILL didn't have my order off the truck. It was supposed to be ready MONDAY. Not only that, but the supervisor told me that my order might not even be ON the truck.

I gave up and had them give me a refund in store credit which I used towards my Monster High I <3 Fashion Clawdeen. UGH. I'll just buy the ponies at regular price. Seriously not amused.
