Plastic is made from petroleum. Petroleum costs way more than it did in the 80s.
One thing that makes me wonder whether it's wise to spend (much) money on G4 is how they will survive the next let's say 10 years. What will the plastic look like? Head and body mismatches are already normal today! This means it's going to be much worse as time goes by. What's the point of buying a collectible that is going to decay very quickly.
What i hope now is that Hasbro just randomly comes across the arena and sees this thread
