Just need to glue one ear, then attach them and Ms Dash is done.  I work overnight, leaning toward my tie dyed flannel scrubs.  A bit like jammies, but still technically proper attire.

I was going to be Princess Celestia, but due to hurricane Sandy, I highly doubt there will be any Halloween related events going on. I did however get to be her for the big Halloween party hosted by the radio station on Saturday and I had a great time. A couple of people even recognized me, and I saw aPinkie Pie there too!

Great costume! Unfortunately in my rush to get my costume finished in time I cut the fabric wrong.  So I will be using a previous Halloween costume this year. I will be a Yip Yip again! At least I now have a big head start on next year's Halloween costume.

here's my take on geodude - the hands work like a puppet - I used two styrofoam cones that my 4 y/o can grab and swing around = but mostly he just likes to run and chase ya ;-)

I fixed up the peek-hole a bit so that after using window screen and spray painting, it blends in better - but not a bad test run at his pre-school parade

oh too cool = hah = 20 percent cooler in fact ;-) love the FiM folks :-)

one of these days I will get a pony-themed costume ( have a tail to start...)

kinda  funny = I still look like I only have a son at the moment as the older girls went out and about with neighbors (so worldly at 6 and 8 to not want to hang with mom and dad... but glad we got a chance just to stroll as a couple instead of more like herders for the three kids ;-)...)

anyhow - here's more and since hubby took pictures of the girls' costumes with his ipad thing-y, I'll need an excuse to dress them up today = so technically they will be post halloween photos, but I love an excuse to extend a dress-up holiday!

I may need to hang out at some anthrocons thru the year to get some more use out of these guys... too bad, kids grow ;-)
