G3.5... Is there anyone that prefers them?

I might like them a little more if they had been characters other than the Core 7.  I was totally burnt out on the characters in Core 7 long before they accidentally were infected with meningitis.  And YES I know that's not a funny joke... that's just seriously what the G3.5's remind me of.

If their mouths were closed and the eyes were a bit less... er, unsettling to me. I'd like them a lot more. I want to like them, but I just can't. The mom ones aren't that bad though.

I have some newborn cuties that are living in my paradise estate baby room!! I can't say I love them to death, but they are okay.  The generation I dislike the most is G4 brushables. I guess we all can't like everything.

I have to admit I really don't care for them...except the moms and the newborn cuties.  I didn't even like them at first though.  They remind me too much of Bratz dolls which I do despise.  I just don't care for the big legs and heads with huge eyes.  That was the reason why I didn't care for the G2 LPS as well.  That and the fact of there being only the core 7 characters.  I just recently started liking the moms and babies.  I got a loose RD mom at a flea market and actually liked her and then got a NB Scootaloo Toola-Roola at a garage sale and thought she was cute and found someone on here selling all of them so I bought all the rest up.  I especially like Baby Sweetie Belle because she is very white and has the cutest rosy cheeks!  Anyway, yeah definitely not a fan for the most part but I don't make fun of or think people are wrong for liking them.

They look like ducks or dinosaurs. I still like them though. G3.5 is my least favourite gen, I think the designers were trying too hard to make them cute.

But I wouldn't pass one up if I saw it. :3

I have a bunch of them I got before I knew about G4, but now with my G4 collection, I no longer have room for them, so they're all in a box under my bed. I'd put them up for trade, but I doubt I'd get any interest. I'm surprised I was able to get rid of the Newborn Cuties I had. Well, all except for Toola Roola. I have 1-2 versions of each of the characters and I have Pinkie Pie's mom. The only one I even want to keep is the Easter Pinkie Pie I got when I first started collecting again. I love her little bunny ears and she has really nice curly hair.

I personally think that they are pretty cute .  They aren't may favorite gen but they are high up there.  At the moment I am trying to collect the newborn cuties (so if anyone has them with complete accessories just pm me).

I would probably like them a lot more if they had more variety in the ponies they offered. The only ones I like are Sweetie Belle, Pinkie Pie and Starsong, but at this point I'm so Pinkie Pie'd out I usually skip over her. They tiny Poyville figures are pretty cute and I wouldn't mind adding those to my collection if I should happen upon them, but not the brushable size ones.

Not my fave gen but I rather like them, I only have a Starsong and I found a 'styling' one a little while ago but I still really would love a Sweetie Belle. It took me a while to warm up to them though

I think they have personality! And I like how sturdy they are, I don't have to worry that anything will hurt them. My Starsong helps me hunt mushrooms (it's her nose, like a truffle-hunting piggie), and I think Toola is going with on my next kayaking adventure.
It did take me a little while to warm up to them, but I amassed them because they're ponies, and equally deserving of love. And they never tip over on the shelf! (Oh, Glory, why must you keep toppling?)

Did they ever make a Newborn Cutie of Toola? She's my favorite!

I have the first run of the Core 7. I think they're cute, but I didn't think they did enough with them to make me want to buy every set. I don't really want any more since I have one of each character, but I only have Toola Roola in Newborn Cutie form, and I do want one of each of those characters too. They're adorable!
