Such a tiny custom - I'd go blind trying to paint her. Nicely done.

I am also going to chime in and say that your sealant is the issue. There are very few spray sealants that work with ponies - Testors Dullcote is the only one I know for sure works well.

I use them as I would glitter - mostly for decorating wings.
clear beads: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j219/pop-girl/customs/Thalia2-1.jpg pink beads: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j219/pop-girl/customs/ParasolFairy2.jpg silver beads: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j219/pop-girl/customs/MoonFairyD.jpg gold beads: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j219/pop-girl/customs/AutumnsLoveEternal3.jpg You get the idea. If you're feeling particularly patient (and maybe have a magnifying lens!) you could try threading a few on some strands of a pony's hair? Light coloured beads on dark hair could look like it was scattered with stars, or on aqua hair could look like water droplets. You'd need some kind of 'stopper' for the end though unless you glued them on. If they're the same as micro beads then they are solid without holes so threading is not possible. Cool idea though and could probably be done using seed beads. 23

I'm really surprised coffee is ranking so low. I usually drink 2-3 hot or iced coffee drinks per day.

Hi sweetlittlejenny, it's nice to see a familiar name.
Anime_Amy did a nice pictorial on prepping a G4. It's archived on the old Arena but still accessible. http://mlparena.com/archive/Forums//viewtopic/p=3156841.html 28

Customs / Re: Nylon hair??« on: August 01, 2013, 08:11:20 AM »
I'm a long time customer of Dollyhair.com. It's not that I'm opposed to ordering from other places but for me it comes down to price and selection - $3.12 for nylon, $2.50 for saran and custom color blending free of charge.
The free custom blends are a big deal for me as I use them a lot. Another thing not everyone realizes is that you can order a blend NOT blended, in other words you get two half hanks of two different colors for the same price. This is super convenient when you only want a little bit of a certain color or need multiple colors for one custom. 30
