I've both sent and received playline dolls in a padded envelope, and  never had any problems occur. in case there is enough padding between limbs and possible rub-prone surfaces (and in case the doll's hair is not heavily styled, as that will not be safe in an envelope) you should be fine :)
in fact, you might even attract more buyers with the cheaper postal costs the less packing material causes. I had several buyers actually request (inland) playline doll purchases to be sent in a padded envelope instead of in a box to save on shipping.

I'm still not having any luck with my MIB dolls.  :(  Gahhhhhhh!  I don't want to de-box them and I really don't want to leave them in storage indefinitely until people forget about MH.

I'm at the point of having a yard sale or take them to the flea market. It's impossible to sell them. Even trades are s---l---o----w.

I still think it's because they are so plentiful now. Scalpers used to beat everyone to the punch. Looks like they are producing more dolls now.

It looks like I stopped collecting and sold my collection just in time.

I didn't realize the market is slowing.  O.o  I have been selling off my sister's collection over the past month and we've sold 20 dolls between the MH Arena and eBay.  I can't move the playsets that she's got for the life of me though.  >.<

I did get a *large* lot of baits yesterday so I'm in the process of trying to get them cleaned up and added to the sales post...but most are missing arms and so I don't even know what to do with them.  :sigh:

if you're just going to resell the armless, ones it's best to sell them as parts and not to expect more that 2 dollars etc for each. having random clothes on them does up the appeal, but not the prices.
