Do you unbox your G4's?

I'm a MOC collector (g1 g3) and whenever I buy g4 it just depends if it looks pretty in box or not. If I have money to buy two to unbox and leave boxed I will, but if not it's just case by case.

This is pretty much where I am. Most of the carded ponies display much better out of boxes, but the bigger ones look so much nicer in their packaging!

Yes like that giant Sparkle Style Fluttershy! And Pinkie. And that giant Twilight toy that's like a hard plastic. They look so beautiful in their boxes to me.

Being in boxes works out perfectly when you don't play with ponies and don't like doing their hair. Mine are definitely just cute things to look at that make me happy.

Loose. I can fit more on a shelf without all the packaging, and I prefer them that way. I have a few specials/LEs left in boxes, but most are taken out. Accessories I store in baggies by theme (clothing, brushes, POP stuff, etc).

depends. if my niece wants the extras i open them, or if they have a mask. (aka first sunset shimmer release)
but if they have a hook i may just hang them on the wall as is.

I prefer unboxed to save space but I keep rare/collector ponies in the box.

All mine are loose! I like to play with my ponies That, and I just don't have to room to collect MIB, despite some of the nice packaging some of the ponies come in.

In general, loose. I used to keep Funko Ponies in box too because they stacked nicely but I've released them!

Fashion Styles I keep MIB because I love how they display.

When I got my own Glamour Glow Rarity I almost didn't debox her, but I had too much fun playing with her hair to regret doing so in the end... I still have her box though.

The regular ones I do only because they are so small that I am afraid I will lose them. I keep my Funko ponies in their boxes as well because I am weird and I just think they look better that way. Fashion Styles are pretty much the only ones I set free because their boxes are too gosh darn big for me to display otherwise.
