Favorite accent?

I was thinking about this yesterday and thought I'd ask -- what's your favorite accent? An accent from another country, another region, your own? I know we have people from so many countries on here, and I'm curious to know what you all think!

I have a general American accent, but I love English and Scottish accents. I can put on an English one (a very toffee-nosed version, anyway), but the Scottish one is so hard. I think it's so pretty and want to learn it since my ancestors were Scottish.

English. It's my favorite. Always has been. I'm quite taken with Australian accents too.

Well, there are multiple accents within America, you know.    In general, our accents are pretty boring.  I guess it's because we're so used to them.

I also love the Australian accent.  I had an Australian friend who had moved here back when we were in jr. high and I would always ask him to tell me a story, any story, just so I could hear him talk.

When it comes to the english language I really love the brittish accent, preferable english. I love listening to scottish as well, but have a hard time understanding at times. I like Australian also.
In my own land I am biased and really love the northern accent from people farther in from the sea.. the accent my mothers boyfriend have is so beautiful

I love a wide variety of accents from all over the world, although my favourites would have to be Texan and Indian vibes; they sound so nice! I'm also keen on accents that are relatively local, although Manchester ones don't really do it for me (probably because I hear them every day), Geordie and Brummie accents are totally adorable. Oh and Welsh accents are awesome as well.

Ah oui! lol French accents are very lovely Always been my favourite.

I'm know a lot of Americans are fond of British accents, but I don't really know why I like all the other European accents better

I do quite like a Scots accent. Which is lucky because I live in Scotland!   

I also like Scandinavian and French accents in particular. I think all accents are pretty cool and often wish I had a more distinct accent myself.

I am always so embarrassed by my australian accent, its amazing to see so many people who like it so much!

Personally I love a man with a scottish accent, I like to just pretend Ewen Mcgregor is talking to me..

Oooooh oui!  I love that accent too, even though my own fake French accent sounds horrible when I'm speaking French.  I'm pretty sure if I were to go to France, they'd just laugh at me.
