Managed to find Celestia (and glitter) on Christmas Eve somehow. Luna is has yet to arrive here though.

The day after xmas, we went to alll the HotTopics in my area..... no glitters! I wanted to check n person since my local HT's have lied to me or will have multiple places for the funkos. None. None. None. I DID however see a metallic rainbow dash at HT with a 20th Ann. black box, i have no idea if its the same RD from Target. I think Target metallic RD is black and the HT metallic RD is blue.

Also Binstoybin posted n theor IG the metallic Rainbow Dash is only $7 at Target!!! Hasayone else spotted this?

Only Hot Topic's 25th anniversary Dash is metallic (has metallic mane and tail) with regular Dash blue body. Target exclusive Dash has glitter on her mane and tail, and non-metallic black body.

Yeah, the HT Rainbow Dash is metallic, the Target one is black with glitter on her mane and tail.  I haven't seen any Target exclusive Rainbow Dash's for a few weeks now, but I remember that they were extremely limited to begin with.  When I got mine, one of the workers said they only got 6 in total.

Went to a Target today and saw RD for $7!

I received Celestia and Luna for Christmas.

  I'm Glad I read this , I returned mine since I had paid 14 plus tax
and I went by the MLP section , they were on clearance but at 9.80 at this particular Target
I will wait until they are 7 to repurchase it,If I don't get to see them again I will be ok with out it
not that fond of the big black ponies,I already sold the DJpon3 I got from Amazon ,will be selling the Black SPitfire as well.

My preorder Celestia and Luna arrived sometime last week, but we were out of town. My boyfriend got back to the apartment early yesterday and opened my Hot Topic package for me...1 regular Celestia and 1 glitter Luna!! We're really excited cause Luna was the only glitter my boyfriend wanted, and this is the first time we received a glitter in the mail! I can't wait til I get back home to see her.

Also, went to Hot Topic today to get a regular Rarity. Now I have at least one of each character, except for DJ P0n3 and Discord (not really a fan of them...).

So my box arrived from Hot Topic finally, right before Christmas.

I had ordered 5 Celestias and 5 Lunas. I got 10 Luna ponies!  NO Glitters oddly.  What the heck Hot Topic?

I wonder if all the glitter Luna's were given to the people who managed to get Luna before those of us that had pre-ordered her forever ago. That's what it's starting to sound like.

Yes- I got 10 Lunas.  It says right on my order ticket FIVE CELESTIA FIVE LUNA on two separate lines. How could they possibly have made such a dumb mistake as to give me 10 of the same thing?

I had promised a couple of people a set of them, and now I just have Luna so can't send a set to anyone and I'm back to square one with myself as well. What am I going to do with TEN?

Yet another order ticket to HT Customer Service.  I hope that unlike the last time, they can get back to me in less than 5 days, but I won't hold my breath.

My advice: go through Facebook
Make sure they give you a pre-paid return label.

I doubt local a store has five Celestias (most I am seeing is 4 each).  I don't know if doing an in-person exchange is a possibility for you...
