Funko Princess Luna & Celestia pre-order @ Hot Topic! Arriving November

Now I am getting scared about my order. I saw they charged me yesterday for Luna, but since i had mine sent to the store I haven't gotten the shipped email yet (I assume).

I didn't even get charged for my order yet.  Now I'm worried...

I'm very worried as well whats not making sense is why some have been shipped and others have not, I ordered the day they came on the site it doesn't make sense. Whats even more bizzare is someone I talked to said one of there later order shipped before the first one they made?

Same!  I ordered mine the day they were put up on the site.

If they ship out the later orders before the early ones, then I'm done pre-ordering on the site.  Obviously pre-ordering means nothing if that's the case. 

I hear you!  I was thinking "well, pre-ordering guarantees you a pony..."  Nope, not exactly.  You're more likely to get what you ordered, but they can cancel an order if they made a mistake with their numbers.  S'why they don't charge your card until it ships (or at least one of the reasons).

I can't see any benefits of pre-ordering any longer *except* for the possibility of getting a glitter.

The ponies are always available in the store (if not now, later)
They always seem to pop back up on the HT site (again, if not now, later)
You can buy them cheaper online after they've been out for a while

I really want to say "I'm done with Funkos!" except that they are so darn cute & I really like them  *sigh*

No kidding if you preorder you should get dibs before anyone, infact you should get them early if you preorder.

my payment just cleared my paypal for my luna yesterday
I had ordered luna and a shirt and paid with pp on Oct 30. The shirt went through immediately (not a preorder), and I didn't realize that the other part of the payment was on "hold" with pp.
that was an unpleasant surprise since I thought I had more $ available than I did (thinking HT already got all their $ from me).

You probably won't.  From what I'm gathering, the ship-to-store orders don't get shipping notifications.  I never have and it doesn't seem like anyone else has either.  You'll just get an email when your order gets to the store.

I sort of hated hot topic already for artist reasons, this is just making me want to buy all of my funkos on Amazon... hopefully someday the ponies will come.

I ordered mine the day they went up and my account just got charged today.  I guess that means they shipped luna?  I ordered them separate and only have one charge so far.

Actually, I seem to remember that was the case last time too.

I knew that the stores and recent orders would get their ponies first- but I ordered anyway because I was afraid they'd sell out and take a while to restock.

Aghh  I called them yesterday and only gave them one of the orders,that one shows shipped today and the rest are not  Sent an email in the morning and they sent me back something about being shipped in December/january but if I see them online to give them a call !!!????????????/

I called again and the rep said the orders will be shipped either Friday or Monday , that they are in the warehouse still,and it will just depend of the stores to notify me when they get there .

Something is still not adding up! Why are people who ordering this week getting theirs shipped already? I'm very confused by this, I got this response when I informed HT about the situation.

"Hi, We are currently working the with warehouse and looking into what is going on. Once we receive a reply, we will follow up with you. Thanks for your patience!" -HT

I don't think it's last first, cause I didn't order my pair until the 11th of this month and mine still says Fulfilling Order. Hoping I get a shipping notification in a few days.
