Its going to suck big time if these hit the stores for Black Friday. Going to be impossible to get their glitters then. And I'm stuck working a horrendous 3am to noon shift (store is dead during this time!)instead of my usual 10pm to 7am that I work every year...ugh.

My order still says "fulfilling order," so I called HT just to get an idea of when it will ship.

The customer service rep tells me that my order was "lost," but he'll move it forward, but I'll only get Celestia since Luna is out of stock.

I asked him what he meant by "move it forward."  He was going to cancel my order and ONLY order me Celestia

Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.

I told him NOT TO DO ANYTHING.  I told him not to touch the order, just leave it be.  This has happened in the past and I got EVERYTHING in my order when the site said that they were sold out.

I asked him to confirm that he wouldn't touch this order...and that I would call back if I didn't see an update within the week.

OMG, cancel my order when I requested Luna back in October?  Gah!

Um yeah... if you ordered Luna back in October when she was first put up on the site, then there's no reason to cancel your order.  That's ridiculous!

Now I am getting scared about my order. I saw they charged me yesterday for Luna, but since i had mine sent to the store I haven't gotten the shipped email yet (I assume).

I'm very worried as well whats not making sense is why some have been shipped and others have not, I ordered the day they came on the site it doesn't make sense. Whats even more bizzare is someone I talked to said one of there later order shipped before the first one they made?

I stupidly ordered mine via phone- and I never got a confirmation at all. When I emailed customer service to ask whether the order went through and whether I would get an email about it-  they said that phone orders don't get email confirmations, and I would get a confirmation when the items were shipped...

I never did get a shipping confirmation, so who knows whether they got my order or not ?

I'd call them to find out, but getting through to customer service can be a real drag, and they often don't seem to even know what is going on half the time.

It's a drag either way (although my HT store's staff is amazing).

HT's phone support is just...oh, they try their best, I guess...but they're less than stellar.

I'm curious about this, too.

The last time around (Discord/Rarity/Daring Do) I placed multiple orders to maximize my Hot Cash discount...and then I placed a couple more orders a few weeks later.

The later orders were shipped first, whereas the first order I placed was shipped last...which...is weird, right?

I guess that's how their fulfillment system works? 

I really have no idea, but..by Celestia, I better get my ponies!!!!!  I sold a few pre-orders on eBay and one person (who just bought from me today) needs them by Christmas.  In theory, it shouldn't be a problem.  After talking to that chucklehead, I am worried.  I really don't want to buy MORE figures in the store if mine don't arrive on time or if they don't send me Luna (I'm barely breaking even on eBay as it is).  But then again, I'd do that before cancel someone's eBay order.  It's a matter of trust & I keep my promises!

Same!  I ordered mine the day they were put up on the site.

If they ship out the later orders before the early ones, then I'm done pre-ordering on the site.  Obviously pre-ordering means nothing if that's the case.
