I bought the game today too. I have a package of plastic sleeves somewhere, but not sure where. I'll see if I can find them. Although I think it would be cool to make myself a card collection album. :)

So, did anyone else have a Molly card that is giving them issues with their reader? Mine was able to read to other cards no problem, but I keep getting error'd when trying to get it to read Molly's. :/

She is enjoying Happy Home Designer...at least until she met Roscoe the Creepy Eyed Horse. She laments that she cannot sue him for staring deep into her soul. Lol

How is it game play wise?

I like it! I do have to keep reminding myself not to expect the variety of activities "regular" AC offers but the design aspect really is fun and engaging, and the interface for laying out the rooms is way better than previous ACs.

If you love to design, it's great. If you loved other things about AC and didn't care much for designing, you'd probably get bored quickly.

The only thing that is keeping me from picking this up is I hear there is no challenge. The characters are happy with what you design for them even if it isn't what they asked for. I like at least some challenge.

Yep. You could create junk and they'll still do a happy dance. Which is probably fine for younger players but would be nice if you could make them pickier for older players or those who like a challenge. I think I saw a challenge mode for the online function, though.

I'm really enjoying the game so far. Designing has always been one of my favorite parts of AC, so this is for sure keeping me entertained

Hmm might be worth it then. I went to break out AC, haven't played in months. Apparently it was traded in on my last game purge. Oh noes!

It may not have as much as the main AC games do, but I still really enjoy it.
Plus I get a kick out of seeing villagers in the buildings I made, like the cafe and hospital.

Also love how you can change villagers' clothes too!
Thank you so much for the adoptable, Corona! :D

Aw... Is there not even any standard of to which they will like the house you've designed for them or not?

If it was really precise it would make the game really stressful, but I would have expected at least some thing? I only built about 5 houses, so I didn't know if I was just doing it right or something. (one of the houses I really couldn't get a feel for it and.. it's not my best. I was shocked when the villager liked it. xD)

Easy but fun
It's like designing a sims house.
