She does come with a nurse hat, albeit one made of paper (like the crowns, etc that came with last year's TRU-exclusive favourites collection) .

Mr. Cake would go more to Dunkin Donuts because of the type of donuts there vs Krispy Kreme. I think he'd be better at the Cheesecake Factory. Golden Grapes at package stores. Snips and Babrber Groombsy at any corner barber shop.

The other ones are unfortunately impossible (with the exception of Big Mac at McDonald's tho it wouldn't be a brushable) because those places don't sell toys. At least Walgreens sells toys even if their selection is limited to half an aisle.
