They'll probably announce it in a few hours. I kinda remember this happening to DJ last year when it came to their reveal: unofficial reveal in the morning, official reveal in the afternoon.

I wouldn't be surprised if they announce a special Power Ponies  Princess Twilight figure (or a Mane 6 Power Ponies set) HTS-exclusive later on.

That's a fantastic point hasbrotoyshop might get another brushable exclusive like last year that pony was for sure the alternate brushable pony for those fans she was in the same box.

I was totally expecting her to be the new SDCC pony, only because she's a comic book character. I don't have the money to spend on expensive exclusives so I'll pass.

Wish Funko did new characters for SDCC, hasbro should really leave the molded hair for Funko they do it better, would have been awesome if Funko would have made spike and maniac they would have made them better I know maniac would have had more tentacles and they would have been lager and more accurate.

That they are doing molded hair at all is a travesty to the MY Little Pony line. And since some of us are not into Funko I don't think we care what they do over in F-land. This thing is a mockery of what MLP is supposed to be.

Okay I get it you're anti Funko and anti anything I have to say, you don't need to keep rubbing it in, Anyways about before you totally misunderstood was I was saying. I forgot who explained it better but all I meant was it would be silly to do an exclusive a character that was just made by another company.  I wasn't saying that hasbro shouldn't make Big Mac or Octavia at all I think they should make them regular releases, but not for SDCC after Funko just made them.

I think Aquaneon was trying to point out how similar both ponies were.  They looked nearly identical even though one had lights and crystals.  I think Hasbro made a mistake doing something so simular to the Funko version.

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person who liked that Twilight! Tacky as she was haha...

I hope they can come up with something to make all the fans happy.

I do wish they had done Sombra instead (also a comic book Character) But I need Mane-iac and HumDrum to go with my Rarity as Radiance custom
