Wish Funko did new characters for SDCC, hasbro should really leave the molded hair for Funko they do it better, would have been awesome if Funko would have made spike and maniac they would have made them better I know maniac would have had more tentacles and they would have been lager and more accurate.

That they are doing molded hair at all is a travesty to the MY Little Pony line. And since some of us are not into Funko I don't think we care what they do over in F-land. This thing is a mockery of what MLP is supposed to be.

Okay I get it you're anti Funko and anti anything I have to say, you don't need to keep rubbing it in, Anyways about before you totally misunderstood was I was saying. I forgot who explained it better but all I meant was it would be silly to do an exclusive a character that was just made by another company.  I wasn't saying that hasbro shouldn't make Big Mac or Octavia at all I think they should make them regular releases, but not for SDCC after Funko just made them.

It's not all about you, you just happen to bring up Funko in this thread and I expressed how I felt about Funko. You and others can take my opinion or leave it. If you think it's personal then you don't know me very well.

Yikes. I really liked the exclusive last year, I got the exclusive package this year so I wouldn't have to wait in line... only to find out it's something I'm not super thrilled about.

It's not that I don't like the figure! She's neat and all! But I have to echo the thoughts on her looking cheaply done, not to mention the price tag. Uuuuuuurgh. If she ends up looking as not-so-cool IRL as she does in that picture, I might end up selling her.

Yea, I think just using regular size ponies would save them a whole lot of headache. And no hoards of accessories. 

Heck, I'd be fine with doing literally what we did with Frisco and Trolley by just buying a load of Pinkies and giving them a cutie mark that had what people usually think of when you mention Nashville.

I like her! My knee-jerk reaction was  "so cool!" I like her as a villain, and I liked the episode. Plus, it just fits for ComiCon!

Buuuut I'm still not going to buy her. Nowhere near interested enough for that pricetag, plus the hassle of getting one in the first place.

Back in 2006, Hasbro decided to give the fair Love Wishes as an exclusive, but since she was pretty easy to find, the fair staff turned Love Wishes into Frisco by giving her a new symbol. They sold out on the first day though, so they turned the rest of them into Trolley.

I doubted, since she was a slow sale , just as DJpon3, They just removed her from the page recently ,finally all of them sold LOL
I got both  last year, not buying this one for sure !LOL   50 dllrs  will buy me some nice  ponies instead:)   off to ebay to search for g2s LOL

Actually there will be a special 8-page comic story, where she visits Equestria Girls world. This comic story will be first available at SDCC and will later be included in the 2014 Annual.

Has this been confirmed? I know there's a panel floating around that shows Mane-iac going through an EQG-like portal, but I haven't seen anything about the back-up story. I'll honestly be really mad if this annual also has EQG (even if it's the shorter story)- last year's annual felt wasted on it, especially since nothing interesting really happened IMO. The only good thing about a Mane-iac themed one would be the dose of action-adventure it throws into the high school girls set-up, but I really wish they wouldn't use the MLP annuals to promote Equestria Girls- I, for one, read the comics because I like ponies who live in a fantasy world, not stories about high school girls.   

EDIT: I did just see on another site that this is confirmed. Like I said, it could be potentially interesting (and at least it's not the bulk of the annual) but I don't like EQG and would rather see it just get its own comic if they think there's enough fans out there to warrant it.

Goodness, so much negativity in here. I wish I could get the doll and spike, but eh.

I also never had a single ounce of interest in any of the art ponies, but I realize that's another form of illness.

I never cared for the idea of a pony shape covered with fancy shapes and patterns, too tacky, and lame to me. I like it simple.
