Could it be a Simba doll? Simba was/is licensed to make Disney dolls in Europe.

Yes, this doll is from Simba, I have seen these dolls a few years ago in the toystores here.

AH!  That makes sense - yes, it is a Simba doll (I didn't realize Simba was the name of a company - I thought the seller was a fan of The Lion King or something XD)

Have you guys seen the new LE Cinderella dolls?

http://blog.disneystore.com/blog/2015/02/limited-edition-cinderella-dolls-inspired-by-disneys-cinderella.html

Im a little dissapointed, but maybe with her in the box she will look fantastic. I want just the blue ball gown Ella as the $500 wedding one just doesnt impress me at all for the price. I much perfer the box set 11" wedding Ella and the Prince or even just the $25 Mattel one.

They are 17 inches tall. But they usually go for just around $100. Too limited tbh.

Yeah, too espensive for my taste! :( 500 limited pieces, but I see her lasting a few days online. She doesnt look that different than her $129 version, just a new dress and up-do.

I think they're charging so much because she's such a small edition, which really isn't fair because Alice, Queen of Hearts, and China Girl have an edition of 500 and retailed at $99.95. Plus she doesn't look much different than her 12" doll. :\

I'm going to bed shortly so I can make sure I wake up at about 5am to get to the mall super early. It's Frozen so I know I'll have to get there super early. It wasn't necessary for Aurora, but it is for Frozen. XD I've packed some snacks, have my clothes put out, and my kindle is on the charger. I'm not going to be paranoid like last time and not get something to eat because I'm afraid of a lot of people being in line. lol

Hey Bowtie!! :D I'll probably be on the chatboard again updating people n the status of my quest to get Anna so if you are bored waiting in line im here! :P I agree, with Frozen being as crazy popular as it is, its nessesary to get there early. The soonest I can get there is 7am, which I hope is early enough. I think we have only 11 of them at my DS.

I agree about the whole $500 because she is limited to 500 thing is ridiculous. Like, what on her is even worth $500? The dress doesnt look embroided and the flowers look printed on. She looks the same as the other 17" doll- even the face. One could comission a wedding dress for the regular 17" Ella and it will be significantly cheaper and look better. I wish I could have gotten that Alice.... I was in High School when they released her, so there was no way for me to get one.

I think Disney is just being greedy. They know people will buy them anyway. Aren't the new LE Frozen dolls going to be $150? They keep raising the prices!

Beautiful pictures, Sprinkle! Congrats on your new dolls :frolic: I have to say that Elsa is much prettier than in the stock photos :) Does she have tinsel in her hair? It looks shimmery. And Fawn's hair is just so thick and gorgeous  Love the pics of Peri too! Elsa needs to come visit me because there is no such thing as snow in Mobile

Nice! Did you get her from the Disney Store? I didn't think they went down that cheap on the Animator's dolls :)

Beautiful collection, Sprinkle! I think Fawn is my favorite of the three :lovey:
