Hah! Small town gal here! Randleman NC's population is (approximately) a whopping 4,138! Luckily, some larger cities are only around 10~20 minutes away, so I kinda have the best of both worlds.  :P
I lived in NC for 3 years and have no idea where that is!

My town has 1800.

Far, far too large considering how small we are. They've recently taken away several fields and replaced them with houses, even though residents have been crying out for new shops / job opportunities for a long time :(

This is so interesting to read!  Well Seattle apparently had 634,535 as of last year- it feels smaller compared to San Francisco- which only has a couple hundred more thousand, but is more dense (that's where I lived last).

I grew up in L.A. which has a population of 3.8 million- but it's more spread out so it just gives you this despairing feeling that the pavement never does end.  I remember the first trip I took out of L.A. to the East Coast- I had no idea that many trees existed in the world...

I live in Cupertino and the population is around 59,000. I in fact grew up in Cupertino and I love it here. My parents still live here too.  It may sound small, but we are flanked by Sunnyvale (pop. 140,000), San Jose (pop. 946,000), and Santa Clara (pop. 116,000).

So while we enjoy a smaller-town vibe, we are in the heart of Silicon Valley and many, many people live here.  The freeways are nuts during rush hour.

Lol that doesn't surprise me at all! Near Asheboro (home of the NC Zoo), Greensboro, and High Point NC. They're usually more recognizable. Although li'l ol' Randleman is kind of known for being the home of Nascar driver Richard Petty, and hosting Nascar Day annually. Yeehaw! 'Murica!

In Wisconsin, I live in a township outside of a city with a population of 4,500. In Arizona, the city we live in has a population of around 50,000 (? I think) and is near Phoenix. Definitely two very different places...

43,000.  But I live in the most densely populated state in the USA so there are still a ton of people around.  -_-
I did live in a "city" in Idaho for a while where the population was around 250.  :tumble:  That's gotta count for something.

But I like everything.  Huge cities, suburbs, and the country.  The only thing I don't like about the bigger cities is getting stuck in traffic.

#43 forever!

My town has around 25,000 people.  One of whom is also a NASCAR driver.  He's just nowhere near as successful as the King was.  200 wins is hard to compete with! ;)

I only go to school in my location, I'm actually from a town a little ways away from there with 2k people. Only 50 students were in my graduating class, and a lot of those actually went to a nearby trade school from ours! Super small.

At about 20,000, I find Lenoir NC agreeable. We aren't too far from bigger cities, or the mountains. I love it here.

Ever heard of Jackpot, NV? Lol. That's where my dad lived and where I spent pretty much every summer of my childhood. Even worse...my sisters live in Contact, NV. Population: my sisters. Haha.

I however, live in a very large city. Technically the city I live in has a population of 159,789. But it's really just a piece of the "Phoenix Metropollitan Area" which has a population of 3.25 million. So rather large. I have to drive an hour to see my mom...and all of that is within the city.
