Toys R Us Sale - Ponies, Ponies, Ponies!!

I feel so gosh darn lucky today!

TRU is running a special for Veteran's Day that if you buy $50 of stuff, you get a $10 gift card...

...AND 20% off clearance items (but you know what, they let me use the coupon on the Collector's Set that's on Sale ^_^)

In order to make this deal work, I bought two Collector Sets (the Chrysalis set) for $24.99 each AND the Shadowbolt Rainbow Dash for $10.99...

But with the magic of coupons, everything was only $51.70!!!  ($19.99 for each set, $8.79 for Dash, and of course sales tax)  And I have a $10 gift card to use on a future purchase

My TRU store did not let me get the 10 gift card , because the  "Favorites Set " appeared as a Hot item on sale and did not qualify towards the 50 dllr purchase
still got a  10 % disc since I paid with my TRU card .
I was buying 2 eqg dolls for my sister ,she is a school teacher and they donate  toys for some event at the school, so i offered my sister to picked them for her
so got her a 10 % disc at least :)alucky  school girl will have a nice Xmas EQG doll

Congrats! I bought $35 worth of Hasbro board games at TRU today for my daughter for Christmas and got a $10 gift card, which I should use to buy her some more presents but I'm thinking about using it on ponies for me!

Ooo I got that set as well! I still need shadowbolt but I'm trying to wait in hopes I get it in a swap or my boyfriend gets it for me :p
