It seemed about that time to make a discussion thread in preparation for the new season. Who is ready? I'm excited to see what happens and after the performance Jessica Lange put in last year double excited!

I love AHS, i really like Lily Rabe but am excited to see Tasia Farmiga back. and Jessica Lange is insanely talented, love her!

Nope not any trouble with last years that I recall. You guys were great! I'm sure it will be totally fine this year too. The show however, does tend to go beyond our rating, so a reminder to be cautious is just kinda par for the course.

I've watched all the promos and can't wait to actually watch a full episode!

Hopefully there will be less no smoking this year.  My lungs hurt just watching last season, lol!

I can't wait! Im kinda new to this show, I started the first episode of season 1 last week, and I finised season 2 this weekend. It was awesome!

I am incredibly excited about it!! I see teasers on their facebook page all the time, and they are absolutely killing me! Ideally, I would wait till all the episodes are released, and then spend a weekend going wild with them... but I *can* *not* wait. I can't.

Can't wait. Of the seasons so far I liked the first one the best.
Jessica Lange is an amazing actress. Pro tips for watching: Plenty of snacks, keep the lights on and watch with some one. Or have some one to talk to afterwards. I love the creep factor but it sometimes out creeps me. My bff and I wrapped up a marathon two day viewing of season two. Yeah we spooked ourselves.

Opposite effect. I missed my cigarettes watching last season.   It just made me think of the time when a woman smoking was thought of as attractive..you know before the lung cancer and such. I think it was more for the time period.

It looks like we're having company. My mother has decided to come and watch it which should be interesting. The wife and I don't talk while it's on just sit the pop corn in the middle of the couch and stare. I wonder if my mother will do the same.

I might have accidentally pre-ordered the second season, so it should be here soon.

Haha, I agree with you. It's totally blech. (Thank goodness TVs are only visual and auditory!) Just a small quibble though.
