Oh my gosh they're here!! Has anyone else seen them yet?? I just got back from target and they've got a whole bunch of them stocked. You're predictions were right! The head is completely round, there's no muzzle and I can't even make out the legs! The hair is so sparse I can't even see it! Cutie marks have been reduced from one side to zero, and it's been glittered!

I can't say I'm surprised that they re-vamped Rainbow Dash for G5.

I was about say, it's been done.

Though, my suggestion is crossing MLP with the idea from stargate.  The ponies find an ancient wormhole generator that takes a group of them to another planet for adventures.

You know, I see and hear a lot of PSA's about how we should nurture girls' interested in science and math, but you don't see that reflected in media for girls.  Even Faust was a huge technophobe when it came to Friendship is Magic (which led to the idiotic image of a train including its locomotive being pulled by four ponies).  Perhaps a show with a turn of the 20th century setting and one of the central character is a carriage house inventor.

Oh man, I just found a super secret concept image for G5!  This is APPLE SPARKLE, and she is the friendliest pony in HAPPY PONY TOWNVILLELAND!  She likes to go on magical sparkly adventures with her friends, and they love to trade shoes!

I'm going to make a correction to the G2

G2 only lasted 1 year in the US and 7 years outside of the US
Also I doubt any Gen will surpass G1 in terms of Years
