Lol they must be on to us. But I do have an email confirmation as well that my order is absolutely for 6 ponies, 2 Bon bon, 2 spitfire and 2 Celestia and no extra shipping charges.
Funny, I just realized toys r us.com and representatives are calling her Bon Bon, despite sweetie drops being her name on the box? Curious.

I am so excited to go to TRU today!   I'm just waiting for my "ready for pickup" email.

I'm also ready to stand my ground if they give me a hard time about giving me...18...ponies   Yeah, I placed 3 orders

Has anyone who's done the in-store pickup managed to walk out with six ponies yet? I'm going to try my luck at this today but I'm a little scared.

I went to TRU yesterday and was told that the barcode was definitely for just one pony (I got sweetie drops). After asking, they almost didn't give her to me because when they scanned her, they saw that she shouldn't even really be out on the shelves yet! Good luck everyone.

I think that regardless of whether or not the barcode is for one (which we all know it is), the fact is the way that it's advertised allows the consumer to take advantage of the wording, hence why others have walked out with 2, or in the case of chaosette, she spoke with someone on the phone confirming tha it's for 6 because that's what the listing states and then she received that exact confirmation in writing from a TRU rep.

Because of their mistake, they are required to honor their advertisement or online listing. If you look at any of the other listings for funko's they are all worded correctly, it doesn't state assortment, or 1 or 2 of each.

This is the kind of error that savvy shoppers are always on the lookout for.

I'm sure they'll be correcting it soon enough though.

When I looked last night, I just typed in My Little Pony, view all and it was at the very bottom of the page.

I think it's best to contact customer service and have it writing from them that you are getting exactly what it states, just to be on the safe side like chaosette did. It's hard to put up a fuss and argue that you should receive something when you don't have it in writing.

That is correct. If they were not meaning it to be six ponies, then the description should not say includes 6 ponies.  I understand that is probably a mistake, but they can be held liable for it. They are selling a listing that states very clearly six ponies. If they do not send all six, that is a bait and switch which is illegal and can be reported to the Fed or worse a class action lawsuit.

Truthfully I am still waiting to see if they will actually fill the orders or not. They are not available in store near me and I have to have it shipped. But, I too got customer service verification with proof of conversation just in case.
