So, about "black tie" Pinkie Pie?

Sorry if this is a really obnoxious question, and I've seen that the new glitter Pinkie Pie will be released soon, but I was wondering if I maybe missed anything on the Fashion Style Pinkie Pie with the black ballon and black/white hair? I LOVE this pretty girl and now that I'm finally succumbing to the lure of fashion style ponies I really really want to add this girl to my collection.

So, any word on if she might actually be released? Or as far as we know is she still just a prototype? I don't want to get her now and risk missing out on some cute accessories she might come with, but then, I don't want to miss out on her for a reasonable price on ebay when her price could skyrocket later.

THIS is exactly why i have grabbed some of the more affordable ponies of the ebay because i missed out on ploomette and star dreams because i thought they will come to stores here in NZ and they didn't.
i sent out a similar post a couple of weeks ago about the pinkies, hopefully something will be solved in this one. i too love the accessories so will grab a Mrs cake set if they appear in shops here even thought i already have her.

I would buy the heck out of a Black Tie Pinkie Pie...and I don't even collect FS!  She'd be my only "giant" pony.

My guess she will be for Target and go along with the pinkie pie boutique theme they will have.

Yes I am thinking this too. Clearly the Pinkie's Boutique line will have more than just one Pinkie so I would not be surprised if the line includes a FS [after all Target have had 2 exclusive FS sets so far in the Canterlot and then Pony Wedding line] - and it be some incarnation of this Pinkie.

I'm sure one or both will be released-  we only saw one packaged example of the glittery pinkie, which came out quite a while ago- so she is probably part of the Christmas lineup likely to be released in August/September/October

There are 4 Pinkies with the black balloons. I can't see them releasing all 4 (but you never know with Hasbro...they do love their Pinkies). I'm just wondering who is coming out and who isn't.

So it looks like she'll be a retail release. So that leaves that the small non-glittery brushable and the Fashion Style with different hair as the only two without confirmed releases so far.

Oh cute! Although a part of me is laughing at yet another Pinkie FS release.

I would guess like the glittery they have decided against the black striped hair version.
