So, about "black tie" Pinkie Pie?

I went to Target yesterday and found this fashion style Pinkie Pie - it is a Target exclsuvie.  I also got a pinkie pie that came in a purse - same style with the black and white stripes in her hair.
I actually like this one better and didn't even realize she was coming out!

I REALLY hope that the Pinkie Pie with alternate pink/black/white hair gets released. My daughter and I both love her look so much, but we just can't afford the Taobao/ebay prices.  So, I'm going to keep my fingers crossed. It does seem to me that it WOULD be a type of Target exclusive, generally being Target's colors in her hair. (sort of red, black, and white). Okay, maybe I'm stretching a bit... I've got to keep the hope alive, right?

I went to Target yesterday and found nothing new.  I hope they're coming soon to AZ... I will check back this Tuesday after they the stock shelves...

I would buy the heck out of a Black Tie Pinkie Pie...and I don't even collect FS!  She'd be my only "giant" pony.

There's a small bruashable (non glittery) version of her.  ^_^

I know, but I prefer the FS version of her.  The glitter cutie mark just looks so right.

Found this on ebay this morning, looks like they are indeed hitting stores  I'll have to snag a black haired one off ebay though as it looks like she was indeed just a test run. Really a shame.

Sorry guys for being slow to respond. Had to go out of town for a few days but that is the pinkie pie I found at my target and she does have a black stripe in her hair.
The fashion style only has the white stripe no black stripe that I could see. I didn't get a chance to open her completely yet but I'm guessing it doesn't have it. I was hoping she would have because I really like it

Not the black stripe one. This confirms that the black streak is most likely the prototype/test run.
My gess blacktie pinkie will become very saught after in the furure

I never understood the big deal about the black stripe one but that might just be because I could always add a few plugs of black hair myself.

Well that is just cool to see. I am going out of town in a few weeks. I might have to check out the Target in that town. I did see there is one on Taobao that has the regular PP balloons but has the black and white mane. I think they just put a black tie pony head on the regular PP body.
