LuvlyMelody why not use Polymer Clay for the vines you can bake it plus it has many colours? then all you need to do is A] glue it on or B] use magnets to add or remove when you feel like it

The back of the couch is too tall for it to resemble a proper couch in my opinion, but the pattern is very nice.
