G3 Divine Shines

I have two questions.  My Glitterbelle is now pink. She was a rich purple. I have always kept her out of sunlight but the color is disappearing.  I almost didn't recognize her last night when I was putting my ponies in new containers.  Is this common?

How many divine shine's did they make? So far I am only finding 3:
Flower Garland
Glitterbelle
Tangerine Twinkle

Sadly they do age and discolor badly also the glitter falls off

I also have one that is turning a differnt color and has almost no glitter in her head. Just like the one that is pictured above.

Good grief is the breakdown eating the glitter?  My oh my. I am so glad to see this is a universal problem really.  Sad though. These are not that old and shouldn't be breaking down so soon.

yeah, that is the case     is so terrible that this ponies that aren't even 10 years old are aging so poorly even when they are treated and stored in good conditions. 

Does your ponies feel sticky or soft? it appears that the plastifier (sp?) is leaking from the plastic so they loose color, hardness and glitter.

I recommend to keep all the dive shine apart from the rest of your ponies to prevent stains in the others, as my ponies were very sticky and they felt  something like honey was  over them.

So sad, and to think that the G1 sparkle and glow'n show barely have this problem

No mine are not sticky at all, but I am really sad. This was one of my favorite ponies and I even have the others on my G3 wanted list as Most Wanted.

if your pony goes all icky and sticky, rub some talc powder into her body. Wipe off the excess with a cloth and she will feel nice again. I've been doing this once a year or so with the Divine shine girls, and have had no glitter loss.
Unfortunately it doesn't help with the colour loss. My Glitterbelle's head is still purple, but her body has begun to turn pink...

My goodness, that can happen to glitters? I'll keep a better eye on my Belle and Garland from now on...as far as I know, no color/glitter loss has occurred between them. Very interesting indeed... *rubs chin*

And yes, in the G3 line there were only four Divine Shines made, unfortunately. I would have liked more.
