I've never peeked inside the presents/packages, but I do check name tags!

I like to be surprised so I've always been pretty good about not peeking. My husband is TERRIBLE though. He NEEDS to know his, and he gets so excited that he always wants me to open mine early or tell me what it is. I refuse, lol.

iv never peaked, except apparently when i was like 4 i opened a few presents (not even mine) xD and when my parents asked my why I did it, I told them the cat told me to do it! haha

i have looked at tags with my sister growing up xD and now occasionally ill ask my son to feel a few of them and tell me what he things haha, i DO like the suprise a LOT more then cheating though so id never go that far rofl

I cannot stand surprises - the suspense drives me bananas!!!!

And my son takes after me... he's been asking about the gifts the grandparents left everyday for a week!

We don't put our pressies under the tree til Christmas eve as we have 4 cats who'd probably take great pleasure in 'opening' them for us lol. But I actually know exactly where my pressies from Joe are kept and would never look. I looked once when I was a kid and it ruined it so I have never done it since. Joe knows how much I wouldn't ever want to look so he tells me where they are so I don't go looking in that place for something else and see them by accident lol!

Not me. I know what is under the tree for me, my husband and parents and ILs want a list of what i want and they split it up between them

Hehehe, I got a chance to do this tonight. Granted none of the prezzies were for me, but still.
I took my residents out to smoke this afternoon and all the presents were shoved up against the french window in the activity room. I totally was peeking around out there and told people I spotted some of their names!

I'll admit when I was little I didn't just peek at the wrapped gifts, I opened them!
I never knew what my mom was getting me and didn't dare try it with any of her wrapped gifts, but my dad would send a box of stuff for me (way back when he would buy me presents instead of just sending a card) and it would come a few days before christmas. I was allowed to open it and check out the packages but they stayed in the shipping box until christmas eve when they would go under the tree.

Sneaky little me would carefully unwrap each one just enough to see what it was, and then tape it back up.

haha when I was a kid I used to find my mom's hiding places (usually a closet or a drawer) and rifle through all my gifts. I've never been a fan of surprises.

That hasn't changed now that I'm older. I set up an Amazon wishlist this year and peeked at the "purchased" section.
