Hasbro CANCELLED my SDCC Ditzy Doo order!!!!!!!

I just checked Hasbro Toy Shop and I didn't even see SDCC Ditzy Doo listed.

I did it today 4lindy called me almost out of breath . Screaming hurry hurry!! Lol. We will see what happens maybe the problem is I ordered 2 , but one was for someone else in a totally different state?!?? But both orders were canceled. I will be lucky to get her now at this point. I missed out at pony fair.. Now the site. Grr

Maybe they will still honor one at least? I hope so Clipper I did read that Hasbro was checking credit cards not shipping address. These exclusives are so frustrating. First Ditzy, then MH Scarah... UGH

I had a similar scare earlier today. I was expected to get one cancellation email since I tried to buy two, so I freaked out when I received two different emails, one for each of my orders to say they were canceled. One email was titled "Information about your recent order at HasbroToyShop.com" and inside the email it said that "Due to our order screening processes, we cannot accept your order at this time. As a result, we have canceled your outstanding order with HasbroToyShop.com." The other was titled "Your Order Has Been Cancelled". I immediately called customer support. While one was indeed canceled (which was perfectly fine), the other was marked as shipping. Big sigh of relief from me! I have no idea why I got an email saying they were both canceled. So definitely get a hold of customer support, though there is a good chance you just got something similar to me and you order is still good.

I'm not surprised. The only things Hasbro could offer that would be hotter than this would be reissues of the following Transformers: The original Dinobots, Fort Max and Scorponok, and (most unlikely by umpteen country miles) the original Megatron toy. The Derpmeistra's that big a deal.
