Makeup! Do you use it?

I did "only on special occasions" because I sometimes use stage makeup for Halloween costumes.     Otherwise...OF COURSE NOT! I'm a guy!

I wish I knew how to apply makeup correctly. I cannot figure out how to do the top part of my eyes like in ZennaBug's pic.. I can do eyeliner on the bottom and then mascara, which tends to look terrible on my thin clumpy eyelashes, but I can't figure out how to put eyeliner on the top so it's kinda under my eyelashes. Maybe I need to watch a tutorial.. so frustrating.

It's actually super duper easy.  I just have a nice brown eyeshadow that I put on my lid and in the crease.  Then I curl my eyelashes (which is scary if you haven't done it before, but you get used to it) and put on the eyeliner.  I use a pencil because it's more forgiving and then I shut one eye and pull the eyelid tight.  Then just draw the line into your lashes.  Don't worry if it's not straight, most eyeliner pencils have a smudge thing on the end and I use that to even it out.  Then I use my mascara (I like Covergirl lash bash fusion in black) on the top and bottom lashes.  I wear my eyeliner on the tearline on the bottom.

Next time I put on makeup, I can try to take WIP pics if it would help?

I will not go out of the door without makeup. I'd traumatize everyone who sees me without it. I use quite heavy eye makeup, I can't live without eyeliner! If I'm just going to a grocery store or work etc. I'll try to keep it lighter, but during weekends it's a full warpaint (excluding lipstick, it wears off too easily so I rarely use it).

I rarely wear makeup, it just takes time I'd rather spend on something else. I'm also always worried that I'll make myself look like a clown, and it feels funny on my face, and honestly, I'd rather not wear makeup than have to worry about getting caught without it and have people thinking, "Gosh she looks terrible/old/unrecognizable. But mostly it's because I'd rather sleep a little longer in the morning.

I do wear it for special occasions, and sometimes I do just feel like it. But usually, I'm not leaving the house and my outfit is so raggedy makeup would only look silly. I do try to take good care of my skin, though.

I almost never wear make up. My hair takes forever to do so it's just a hassle most of the time. So I do it for Halloween and certain special occasions.

Very much this, I am really liberal with my use of SPF    I have SPF 15 in my face lotion, which I use every single day when I get out of the shower, whether I'm going out or not.  My foundation has SPF 20 in it.  And if I'm going to be out for any length of time, I use SPF 55 sunscreen in between those layers.  I do not want a nasty leatherface (or you know, cancer) when I'm older, so I try to be really careful about protecting my skin.

Sadly that's a yes for "every day" I feel ugly without make up =(

I use powder, mascara, kohl and eye shadow most of the time.
When I don't have to leave my house I won't use any make up lol

Also when I'm on summer vacation I try to reduce it but like I said I feel like an alien when my eyes are "blank" =)

lol that's no excuse I know a lot of guys who wear makeup.

On everyday basis I only wear a powder foundation to hide the redness of my face. When there's a party or photoshoot, I use some eyeliner and mascara, lipgloss or lipstick. Sometimes I use false lashes. But more often than not, I don't use a thing. The best part of hardly ever using make up is that I need so little to make a difference when I'm weaing it.
