I died this week and only have 19 points to my name total!  >_< As soon as I shake this nasty ear infection I am really committing to my new, healthy lifestyle. I mean it! This is ridiculous, Salli. I might have lost a few pounds, but will probably gain them back today after the ice cream...

Remember that treating yourself is okay! You just have to work a little harder to sweat it off. :)

^ This!  I've fallen off the rails a couple of times and have managed to pick myself back up again the next day.  It's frustrating, but try to think of weight loss as a journey.  There are going to be detours but so long as you keep plugging, your efforts will pay off.

A friend took me to Red Robin for lunch... and I ordered a SALAD!  :woot:  Then I busted my tush at PT.  Today's a 2-pointer!  One more week until surgery #2 though.  And then my exercise will be back to "use leg maching for 9+ hours/day and do my 3 approved stretches" for a while.  *sigh*

I've been increased to 2 specialist clinics a week! Wow, yes, really! Next week, I shall have 3 clinics in the space of 5 days.. my life has become nothing more than eating disorder appointments. :yikes: I remember the time when I had to go to clinic once every fortnight.. wow, that was so long ago.

Weight hasn't changed, which is neither good or bad. She wants me to get up to 48kg which I am not at all happy about, I am reluctant to reach 47kg at the moment (although I think that would be easier to maintain than 48..). :( Not a happy kitten.

Even though you're working in the opposite direction as most of us, hang in there!  It must be so hard for you to sit there and be told to gain weight, but just focus on the positive.  You are working to be the healthiest and happiest "you" that you can manage!  :hug:  We're all here for you.  Just remember that you will be a beautiful person, no matter what.

Oh man.... me too  :lookround:  And kinda literally... I took my mum and the kids for a terrific walk through this gorgeous public park we have here, and this gorgeous public park also feeds the public hot fries and ice-cream! So any points I might have earned myself today got blown with 'the tallest drink in town' (kiwis will know what that is!). I downed, mostly on my own, this very delicious vanilla milkshake... I have a little guilt, but dang... it was goooooooood!!! :inlove:

I managed to stay on track today.  Had 4 pieces of chocolate after dinner but still within my points limit.  Walked up the hill to my car after work and then came home and did 30 minutes of skipping/cycling/stairs.

2 points (and waiting for the stupid scales to start budging again after my monday night binge)

2 points for thursday. I went into the store and got no extra for me....i wanted cand so bad..i asked why and all i could come up with is that cand is good and it was morning and i was tired...i did get a soup to go with my sandwich ..not sure how ny hubbie can eat sandwiches everyday...but i am to the point where they make ne sick..physically. i have mentioned that to him...but its like deaf ears. Same thing happens when i eat ramon noodles....sadly i do not have much for other options...my hubbie is a bit ocd...so if we are not the same he gets upset. I decided to bring back my 10 work out...i take a few moves like crunches, push ups, arm movements...etc and do only 10 of each...at the most this is 5min...but i try and do it 2-3 times a day....in case i can not get to ddr.

Why does no one tell you about the nights when you can't sleep because of exercising? Last night was miserable for me. I felt like my ankles, knees, thighs, & arms were on fire. I tried not to think about it and instead concentrate on the fact that I should be proud of earning my 2 points, but it wasn't working. I finally fell asleep after midnight (when I have to wake up at 4am for work every day - at the latest), repeating No Pain, No Gain over & over in my head. :cry:

yesterday was a 2 point day. Though been stomach sick today due to the meal I ordered at Red Lobster was undercooked. Paying for taking those two bites today. (rest of meal was fine)  :mad: Cannot complain.. expensive dinner for free via parents it was their anniversary!

So far I'm technically not doing good haven't eaten much, afraid I won't be able to keep it down. I'm attempting to stay hydrated though, and maybe if I'm lucky I'll make it to the grocery store for some yogurt so I have something to eat.

I hope to manage maybe some arm work outs today.. keep it simple and not jostling my stomach.  Roller skating yesterday was good.. got a liquid blister underneath my callous! I'm so happy to have built up callouses again, which is why I wanted to go skating more. More often you go = less blisters.

Someone needs to make an app where you take a pic of a nutrition label, and you enter how much you ate, and it does all the work for you. I'm sick of taking the time to search for a food, find out it's been incorrectly entered (if it's even there at all), and then enter all the data myself. :end rant: :mad:

Aw, thank you, Zenna! :hug: It's pretty horrible.. Although I'm quite used to it, figures have been presented to me on many occasions (often against my will) so it's nothing unusual. ^.^ It's tough, but perhaps the more intense support will benefit me a little..


Today has not been a good day. Purged last night to little effect, purged again tonight. Later on it'll probably be a 2 hour Wii workout (the weather's ever so dismal, wow, so I can't go outside).  Blah. :yikes:

Are you using MyFitnessPal? If the food I had isn't there and I don't feel like entering it in myself, I use "Quick Calories" to just calculate the calories and type them in real quick.
