so far doing alright today. Woke up late so had a big brunch and due to it being the 4th of July here in the states... Spoiled myself with the traditional bratwurst. 500 calorie lunch :o In an hour or so once my food has settled I'm planning a big walk on the treadmill its like 100 out today!

Oooh clinic tomorrow.. meaning weigh in :yikes: *BrightSide hides under a rock*

I am quite nervous. I've no idea what's going to happen.. Today I'm not sure whether it's good or bad. My mom made me have 4 nuggets at Burger King because I'd missed an Ensure and we'd done a lot of walking, which made me feel horrendously nauseous. :c Took so much effort to keep it down! I missed another one as well, to kind of compensate.. We did lots of walking throughout the day.

Although, I had my cereal, realised that supermarkets now sell Golden Grahams again over here which is fabby! ^.^ and had some dried fruit which rybett sent me (low cal, and nommy! Wow!). I'm supposing that I'm probably under.. oops. 1 point day?

:hug: fiwen! I just went through some, *ahem*feminineissues*cough*, and my anemia makes it so when that stuff comes about I have to eat more to feel satisfied. I totally know how you feel right now! It's okay, though. 'Cause you and I are going to pick ourselves back up and carry on!

I often feel that way too.  For some reason my will power is a lot weaker around certain times of the month.  Don't feel bad, it's only one day.  Tomorrow you will most likely feel sane/well again :hug:

Fast food makes me nauseous too depending on the establishment. I've mostly cut that out of my diet and try to make all my own food so my body isn't so accepting of it now.

I managed to sneek in two walks today.  We needed new eftpos rolls at work so I walked to the other side of town to pick them up.  Took about 20 minutes on the flat.  Then I did my walk up the big hill with all of the stairs.  Was hard work but I felt so proud once I got to the top.  Have had a good eating day too.

Thanks Yurusumaji and kiwimlp :) Was just 1 bad day, and I've got myself back on track! Spent ages hoovering up after my incredibly mouting dog and cats, and I'm shattered. Must've burnt some calories I hope :drunk:.

@hyenacub: How funny. I'm from Fremont, NE & now live in Phoenix, AZ. ^.^

So far I've lost 10 lbs. I can't tell though, I'm pretty sure I look the same. What I can notice is that my strength has improved. This is kinda silly, but in the middle of the night when I turned over, it wasn't the usual roll-over-and-then-struggle-with-wiggling-the-blankets-out-from-under-me thing I usually do. Last night I kinda rolled & pushed up with my arms to move myself over. It actually surprised me because I was half asleep and noticed how far my face was from the mattress while in mid-pushup. XD

Wed 2 points ate very well and had a long walk in 95 degree heat and loved it!:p I am one of those odd people who love high heat:) bring on 100 this week end. I noticed that i eat when my husband wants to...i was not hungry for lunch but he was...so we ate. ...he wanted an extra treat so we did...when he feels munchy he makes me feel i have to eat with him...if i feel munchy he will eat with me but we only eat as much as he wants...yeah its sorta controling..but it keeps my muncing down...just gets frustrating when i want to not munch....

Yesterday I did great with the food, AWFUL WITH THE DESSERT. So typical of me. I ate no bread, happily. I ate mainly vegetables. But then dessert comes and I get a piece of cheesecake and a cannoli. :(

At least I exercised for hours in the pool beforehand.

I had like 3 1-point days in a row due to food overages. My anemia was in full-throttle and my body was needing extra sustenance. I figured it'd be unhealthier to not at least satisfy my body, but I did not give myself the food points.

Today has been awesome, though! I did well yesterday, too. I kept my eating in line yesterday and did my 2 rounds of DDR, about half an hour each time. Today I had a bad breakfast, but we were on our way to the IKEA store. We walked around there for 2 hours shopping and looking about. Found an AMAZING bookcase for my books/collections on the mega-cheap. I love finding things on the mega-cheap. And I burned a TON of calories just from the walking, not even including all the lifting I had to help hubby with to get my new enormous shelving unit into the car and then into the house.

So the week started out rough, but we're ending it on a really high note and I can't complain about that. One thing I've learned in life that the most important part of living is bouncing back. I'm feeling really good today!

I've been increased to 2 specialist clinics a week! Wow, yes, really! Next week, I shall have 3 clinics in the space of 5 days.. my life has become nothing more than eating disorder appointments. :yikes: I remember the time when I had to go to clinic once every fortnight.. wow, that was so long ago.

Weight hasn't changed, which is neither good or bad. She wants me to get up to 48kg which I am not at all happy about, I am reluctant to reach 47kg at the moment (although I think that would be easier to maintain than 48..). :( Not a happy kitten.

I died this week and only have 19 points to my name total!  >_< As soon as I shake this nasty ear infection I am really committing to my new, healthy lifestyle. I mean it! This is ridiculous, Salli. I might have lost a few pounds, but will probably gain them back today after the ice cream...
