Those pink marks, can you tell what they are? Is it paint? Is it highlighter?
I would say it's possible that pink colored plastic got in the mold, but more likely it's a highlighter mark. Highlighter kinda sinks into the plastic...I think sunfading is the only option you have, if it is highlighter.

Have you tried acetone on a q tip with it? I can't tell exactly what the mark is, but acetone might take if off (as long as its not sharpie or highliter). Just becareful around the hoof heart and the magnet, as acetone will remove paint and eat away at the plastic over the hoof magnet. But if it is sharpie or highlighter, the only thing that will help is sunfading. Just wrap her up in tinfoil except the part where the stain is and put her in a window. It may take a long time (like, months) but it will help.good luck!
if she was mine I would let her be and just consider it part of her personal quirk.
