No it is not G1 ribbin. I have a rule...if i cant restore it i see if anyone here wants to or can:) as beautiful as customs are it still kils me to see them customed...i respect those who choose to:) to each their iwn...but pary pony as got me an idea. Thank you so much for your help.

I have a bait....it is not speaking to me...sigh have you done any customes that use ribbon...pictures? Ribbon can be used in any way or even molded. I have been toyinh with a ribbon idea but i an not sur the direction....thanks for the help.

G1 magic star love her colors but maybe a unicorn. I would like a boy at some point. I woul love to silver spoon and diamond tiara....they would be fun...and yes the minty wagon....i hate to say it but i lurked on this site for a long while before i joined....and i just didnt get the minty thing...except at christmas...saw her as a promo thing and a custom and i love her more as a g4....sigh the things this place has done to me:)

1303 for cal.....i left my lunch at home...and if i went out i would have had junk. I just couldnt fight it...so i dran water and tea until i got home for supper. I got both my work outs in..and 5300 steps....yeah i so undershoot that. So 5000 steps or more. Woot 2 points today.

2 points for me. 1894 in cals...so loving the spark people. I have it on my phone and it makes it easier to track.  I also feel really depressed when i have something junkie to put in....i did the how many cals i should eat a day to reach my 130.....well they say its more like 16000...the way i am that is going to be way to hard. If i drop that low i will break this as soon as i am done with this. I dont want that...i want to stay in a good track so i am going for 1800 to 1850 for this week. Maybe if i keep the tracking up u can see where i cut calories. I got my work out in right before bed...i got home rarly and my hubbie wanted to cuddle the whole night with a movie...so wont pass those things up. No dance but still got my work out...i am also revamping my plan.

Workout 3-4 reps twice a day. 15 min piano plaing (yes spark people claims this is a cal burn....just a small one) and taking 3000 steps a day. (Found my step o meter)

Cal goal of 1800-1850 drinking 3 glasses of water a day

Sounds like a lot to do in a day but i am already seeing a change and i want to keep it going. Even if i dont make 130. Having my life style improve is all worth it!

Great morning work out. I am keeping the rep of 3 for both evening and morning. I also started to tak 2-3 excersizes and do those for 3 reps and then i take another 2-3. I feel more of a workout when there is little time to give my muscels a break. I got this from a biggest looser work out video that i did a long time sgo. I dont have any music students to teach tonight so i might get to do my dance game....its called just dance for the wii. I put leg and arm weight when i do them. My arms get tired so they come off first and then i keep going.  But i have to pick up dog food today...so to get my cal point no snacks ...i hope there are some blind bags for me!

0 for sunday. My weekend was so busy i just didnt move. I know bad excuse. I was iver cal too. I did however not graze through the whole super bowl. But it was not me in control. My husband and o share plates so he didnt go up to food as much... as for monday...i start new things on monday. 2-3 reps in the AM and 3-4 in the PM. cal is going for 1990. Not alot less but that area needs to be my focus.i am also writing it down and not just on my phone. If i reach a cal day i get a star. If i get 6 days in a row i can get a pony:) i like bribes. Heres to a better week!

So only 1 point for friday. Hubbue took me out to subway. Made a good low cal choice.....but hubbie got me a cookie and i had a soda....so i know i was over when i ate supper. I am doing better at keeping my work out going. As for sat...i had a good low cal breakfast of cereal....took a hit with cals with a fast food sandwich....at leaste it was only a sandwich no fires or soda. Then mt moms party came.....sigh i did good having only one cuocake and a taste if snacks...but i could not srop grazing:( now i did graze the veggie teay an shrinp with no sauce or breading....but i want to control my social grazing habits....any advice on that. I did get my dance game in. My nieces have a different version of the dance game and we played fir hours. No weights but it was a work out none the less...so 1 point for sat. BLEW the cals at breakfast....or came close. Bacon omelet veggies cheese hashbrow sausage coffee with cream....family breakfasts....hard to maintain myself.....now just need to get in a work out. So i am revamping my plan. Keep going with the wor out. I am doing good and seeing some results. Drink a glass of water before a meal to curb the cal intake.

AM work out done. Got 3 reps in. Going for 3 reps for the evening. Cal chech to be 2000. Now the weekend will be tough. Sat is my moms bday party. I made cupcakes and there will be alot of not so good foods. Now i know i will kill the 2000 over the weekend. So i am making an adjustment.  My goal will be to only try the goodies available. So 1 to 2 bites or just 1 item. That is all i get. I normally graze like i am going into hibernation when i am at a party....little to no self control. My work out plan is to reach a rep of 3 or more to balance it out. It will be a busy weekend so i an not sure the amount of time i will get to post...so i am putting the plan down now in case i cant do it each day....on a good note. I started the work out after the new year....i didnt always stick to it until this came along. Well i am wearing one of my sweaters that was too small for me. I almost got rid of it!!!!!! So slowly i am making progress. I wanted to share my excitement. I had a larger breckfast wich was healthy but blew some calories....we will see if i can stay under.

Who has a super clean house...this girl. I had the morning off and my house. Needed cleaning bad! So i slapped some ankle weights and arm weights and cleaned my housr for four hours strait! Ate a luch of toast and cheese milk and an orange. Cleaned somw more and jammed out to my dance game....that thing is so fun. For suppee s bowel of hearty veggie full chillie. Morning my fav cearal....so addicted to milk. 2 points for me!!!!!! Grand total of 6.

Only one point today:( So i have a total of 4 so far. I was able to be under my weight goal but it was a busy morning....and as the day went on i got worse. Hhmmmm can you catch a bug from the arena? So no work out was reached. I really was hoping a better start this week...bummer.

On a positive note. I made cupcakes the other day and frosted them..i normally eat a cup of batter...so love the stuff. I only took two tastes and that was only to make sure i had everything tasting right. So maybe a teaspoon ful. I made a tiny cupcake for me. It was like a 1/4 of an inch high...very small but it kept me from taking a larger cupcake with frosting...i did promis myself a G4....well my walmart just got the bkind bags so i got them after i taught lessons today.

So thursday goal will be more active. Work out and house cleaning in the morning. Still working on 2000 cal. The 12 for each work out instead of 10 has really helped. I feel i am doing more good.

Well hope to feeling better.
