Off Topic / Re: Do you love horse riding? Let's talk about it.

I adore horses! I rode for about 5 years as a teenager but stopped when the yard changed to livery. I've started again at 22 , my brother-in-law's girlfriend has her own yard, so I've been able to ride some of the horses there and use her facilities :) My current saving goal is for my first horse!

I will! I've decided on an airship captain, my new corset should be arriving today :D

Donate them! Charity shops can recycle any textiles they can't sell, and still get money for them!

Oh! That's a 'My Beautiful Horses' model! Or at least that's what the line was called in the UK :) I've an extensive collection myself, built up from the ones I had as a kid. The line included magazines with free models, packaged ponies like yours, and playsets. It ran in the 90's, but sadly fizzled out. The same moulds are used now for a different brand called 'I Love Ponies', but the quality is much, much lower than MBH. The Sheltand you have there is actually a boy named Major!

I hope you enjoy him, My Beautiful Horses are quite difficult to come across now, even more so on card, though their MOC price doesn't compare to My Little Pony unfortunately! If there's ever a time when you might consider selling him, I'd love it if you dropped me a PM :)

We're having our first Halloween/house warming party at our new marital home this year :D Unfortunately our friends aren't big into dressing up, so might just be the hubby and I in costume - BOOO! I'm torn between warrior elf, zombie Snow White or steampunk airship captain.

My job title is sales assistant, but my duties are that of an assistant manager. I work in part time in a charity shop, and do every task from cleaning to banking! I've been there for a year now, and I love it :)

For the future, I'm torn between finding a second job to shoulder more of the house expenses with my husband, going to unversity to study fine art, or making a real go with my Etsy shop as a side business, on my way to being self employed. Thankfully I'm only 23 so, all things willing, I'll have many more years left to decide!

I've got my lobes done, an industrial on my left ear and my bottom lip on the right hand side. I used to wear a ring on my lip, but wear a small stud for work now, and I can't wear anything in my lobes without them itching and hurting! I'm planning on getting my right cartilage and tragus done :)

I ride horses, collect certain types of dolls, and do a lot of hand sewing. I'm working on a double-sized patchwork quilt at the moment, plus various projects for my family's Christmas presents :)

Pullips are my favourite line :) I've got 5 Pullips, 2 Dals and 1 Little Dal, plus 2 BJDs and a Hujoo Berry! There are some MH dolls stashed away somewhere, but I lost interest in them and sold off most of my small collection.

I find the quality in most playline dolls is lacking, compared to what they're priced at, but I do love the look of Sylvanian Families :)

I've got natural medium-brown hair, but I've had it coloured a bright coppery red for a few years. My eyes are a medium blue.

I've only got 2 - the tigger cub and the flaxen-maned pony at the front left of your first picture, which I got for 25p at a charity shop!

I'm...not really sure, actually. My mother would call herself Christian as that's what her parents were, but I was raised in a household with no religeous tendencies at all.

However, I do believe in Karma and have had visions of a past life. I also believe in the energies of life and spirit through nature, though I've never had any interest or connection with deity. I'd call myself more spiritual than religeous.

My husband was raised Protestant at the will of his parents and grandmother, and was made to attend church for years even after he and his siblings stopped believing.

Oh dear!

I got ID'd for TEASPOONS once. I was putting them through the self-checkout and they must've flagged as kitchen utensils of the pointy variety. The guy working actually demanded to see my ID as well!

Yep, if you know where to look :) I suggest joining over at http://forums.dollymarket.net/ thay've got a Commissions board that has face up artists advertising in it. Loads of people would reccommend Buff or myufish, hope that's a help!
