I don't know where this would fit seeing as it's a pony con, but it is mostly a brony con. Can someone make sure it goes in the right place?
I will be at MLP:MSP this weekend which is the Brony Con in Bloomington, MN. I am trying to find out if anyone else from the Arena will be there.
I have trading cards for trade and I am interested in making new friends. Please let me know if I'll see you there.
I have a Mini Funko Rainbow Dash. Hoping to trade for Sweetie Drops or Glow in the Dark Muffin. I also have The End of Flutter Valley DVD I am looking to sell for $10 if anyone is interested. Let me know and I will bring them to the con with me.

What color paints did you use? A friend of mine and I want to paint two of the Design a Pony Luna's to look like Princess Luna from Season 2, but I have no idea what colors would be best to do it. Is anyone willing to share their knowledge so him and I can get started?

My Birthday was on Friday and I got some nice little gifts.
-My fiance traded in enough of his games to get me Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix for the PS3. Will play that after I beat Ni No Kuni.
-I got Rarity from BAB from my best friend, plus lunch, candy, and a pinanta of Elmo to destroy at my birthday party.
-My mom gave me gift cards and BAB gave me a reward certificate all for $10 each so I got Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, and Rarity's Dress
-Another friend got my a vinyl mini and it happened to be Octavia, who I was missing. He also got me the 10" Octavia and some blind bag ponies.
-With some birthday money I got the Discord Box at Hot Topic.
I'm hoping to find Muffin pony at Walmart tonight when I go grocery shopping. I hope I find one.

I was at Target last night and found a box of the Wave 10 Blind Bags and a guy who hates glitter.  I got Snails, Pinkie Pie, Junebug, and Gilda out of 4 random packs. I like these ones, but I wish there was more variety in characters. This is the set that has Snips, Snails, Princess Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy mold 2, lotus blossom, and the two new pegasus molds. I am so excited.

Thanks to a new game Ni No Kuni The Wrath of the White Witch, Hayao Miyazaki's announcement of his retirement, and his final film coming to theaters last Friday I am just thinking how much I love his films. I have almost every movie and my favorite thing is when my friend says I've never seen that movie so we sit down and watch it. My fiance has even picked out his favorite which is Ponyo, but he loves it every time Ponyo exclaims she wants ham.
The magical and beautiful worlds created by Miyazaki and his studio are an inspiration to me and when I'm in a bad mood they are just perfect for calming me down with either a funny line or a good cry. Stories about nature or war with a little splash of whimsical is all I need to escape from the real world for an hour or two.
So tell me which film is your favorite or what Studio Ghibli means to you.

My friend just got me the game Ni No Kuni The Wrath of the White Witch for my PS3 and it is one of the most gorgeous games I have ever seen. The story is a little bit predictable in some places, but it's nice to have an RPG this engaging since Kingdom Hearts or Pokemon. The fact that the graphics are done by my favorite film studio, Studio Ghibli, make it something I can't take my eyes off of and the music is just amazing.
Anyone want to share their favorite video game experience?

I love tax time, because money means adding a few new ponies to my collection and this year is no exception. The way I made the purchase is what made it even more fun for me. Me: So you see hun that's the one I want (I point at the ebay auction. The pony in question is $99 or best offer.) Fiance: So you want her and have the money, why are you hesitating? Me: Well it's a lot of money and my adult side is saying be responsible and such like that... Fiance: *CLICK* Me: Did you just click the Buy Now button? Fiance: Yes I did. Me: Did I just buy? Fiance: Yep, you just bought a SDCC Fashion Style Muffin Pony for $99 I would post what I was screaming as I bounced up and down, but they won't let me. My ultimate grail will be here on Friday and her sisters are eagerly waiting for her to arrive. I will have to collect all my Muffin ponies for a picture. I <3 Muffin

I promise photos are coming, but I have not had a chance to sit down and update them I'm sorry. I plan to also have a picture of Muffin pony and all her muffin clones very soon. I also got G4 Minty to add to my Minty army. Funko Trixie and Twilight were pre-ordered so now I have to wait on them Also thanks to my friends I have all but 4 of the Funko Minis. I am missing Octavia, Bon Bon, Glow in the Dark Muffin, and Glow in the Dark DJ. My other friend picked up #15 and #16 of the comic variants at hot topic for me so it has been a very pony filled week. I can't wait to show everyone.

Christmas was full of ponies. My mom got me all 3 of the TY Beanie Babies, I got myself Equestria Girl Pinkie Pie Boutique Pinkie, almost all of the wave 9 blindbags, DJ-Pon 3 and Cheerilee Funrise plushies, Sparkly Pinkie Pie, and my knitted  Pony commission. I also went to Savers and got 2 G1's, 2 G2's, and 1 G3's with 3 McDonald's G3. It was a good Christmas.

I want to get my friend an as show accurate version of Luna as I can and I think the best way would to get a commission done. I have a spare Pink Celestia I could offer as a base, but would be willing to pay for the rest of it. What is the price most people would accept for a custom with a base already included? I am in the shopping phase now, so nothing is definite yet.

Wave 8 has been the set I have been very slow in completing. With money being tight and not as many different characters this time I haven't been snatching them up. But there is one other reason why I haven't been getting them. Every time I go to Walmart (and this never fails now a days) I find the Blind Bags ripped open and left in the box. Sometimes the pony and card are still there or it's just a bag with a card in it. Yesterday, I found 5 of them and in the past there would be a box of like 6 or so and they are all ripped open. It's so irritating when we know how to get the ones we want, but others feel they have to destroy something in order to get what they want. That's not fair to us who are technically playing by the rules. I took the opened bag to a employee and told her what a hassle it was and she nodded in agreement. When Walmart finds destroyed product it's a long process to categorize and take care of the items. So that is two groups of people who don't gain anything from destroyed product. I wish the blind bags were near the cash registers where people are less likely to ruin things. Granted I have seen pokemon cards ripped open too, so I guess we'll never be safe.

I was at Toys R Us yesterday and when I grabbed the Collector's Set off the shelf it said 49.99 on the price sticker. I found someone and asked about the fact that I had seen it on the website for 36.99. They told me that if Customer Service looks it up I will get it for that price. We looked and they agreed to give it to me for that price. When it scanned it also came up 36.99.
So as a note do your research on prices before you go to the store. You never know when this might happen.

Been lucky ponywise lately.
I picked up the Equestria Girls Pep Rally 5 Dolls set with Luna awhile back after we sold off our old car. Now I just need Pinkie Pie and Sunset Shimmer and then I will have dolls of all the main characters.
When my boyfriend got some money from a dental credit he let me have enough money to pick up the Collector's Set 2 and the Pop Figurine of Fluttershy. They didn't have Bubble Pony, but Fluttershy was a close second so I got her. I love Chrysalis and Bubble Pony from the collector's set, but for some reason the best part was the new Shining Armor. I just love that they actually molded the design around his hooves and then painted them blue like in the show.
I have also been keeping up with the comics. I picked up #11 a few weeks ago and my friend helped me get the trade paperbacks of volumes 1 and 2 for the comics so I now have all 11 issues. I love the Nightmare Rarity arc. My friend has also gotten me 4 of the Hot Topic variants for my collection. Those I plan to keep in the plastic to keep them pretty.
Lastly, when my friend gets back from a business trip I will be receiving Funko Lyra and Pinkie Pie in exchange for Pony art of his OC. This really helps with my Funko Collection. Now I just need Octavia, DJ, Bon Bon, and if I have to Spitfire. She just looks so strange with the sleepy eyes.
It's nice to have something to collect other than Blindbags. I still can't find the Elements of Harmony Set or the set with Chrysalis, but I hope the Rainbow ones come to someplace other than Kmart. Does anyone in MN have a Kmart near them?

A few weeks back I sold a collection of my little pony items on ebay. I was happy my items were going to someone, but not long after I sold them I saw posts on the mlparena facebook page selling the exact same items again. I shouldn't be upset seeing as they are now that person's items, but at the same time it hurts to see that happen.
Has anyone else experienced this and felt the same way? I just want to know that I am not the only one.

On a couple trips to Target I have gotten some new ponies.
First trip to Target I acquired Fashion Style Pinkie Pie in the black dress from the Boutique Series.
Second trip to Target I acquired The Celestia Doll and Pony set from Equestria Girls, Pony Lessons and Groovin Fun blind bag sets, and Glittery Wysteria.
Third trip to Target (my boyfriend went alone this time) he got for me the Babysitting Fun set with the cake twins. He got them for me, because they were out of them at our store and it gave me something to do when we went to the ER the other day. Turns out I am experiencing vertigo which is caused by an ear ache.
Now that I have acquired my rent credit I have a few more pretties I am hoping to add. Build a Bear Twilight and Spike, the Crystal Palace playset with Princess Twilight, and the Twilight Equestria Girl Doll and Pony set. I wish I could take pics for ya all, but my camera broke a few months ago so I am without one at the present time. Hope to get something new for Christmas.
