I've been cleaning out the cabinets, and I have discovered over 6 cans of canned plain pumpkin.  They were all *supposed* to be pumpkin pies at some point, but I got too busy/lazy/forgot, and now I've got cans and cans of pumpkin.  There's going to be a pumpkin pie, and a pumpkin cake which should take 2 cans out of the mix, but I can only make so many pies!  Does anybody have any fun and tasty pumpkin recipes?  I'll try anything!

I'm fairly certain I got the accessories(boots and dress) for the vintage Tickled Pink doll.  Ghost of the Doll seems to indicate that she's a rare doll that came at the end of the line and was released in limited quantities.  I'm wondering if the dress and boots are worth anything on their own, and if so, how much?  They are in excellent clean condition with no tears or stains.

Here's the quick background:
I purchased a pony on ebay with a BIN a few days ago.  The seller shipped the pony out very quickly, and I just got her today.  Sadly, the pony is not in as good of a condition as I was expecting from the auction description.  As she's a pretty pricey pony, I contacted the seller to return her.  I feel so bad, I offered to pay return shipping.

For my initial contact, I chose "other" instead of "item not as described" because I didn't want to accidentally open a case on the seller out of the blue.  The seller has agreed to refund my money once I return the pony, which is fine.  However, I am wondering if I need to open a case on this seller to protect myself.

So here are my questions:
She's promised me the refund, and I doubt that she'll just bail on me, but do I need to officially open a case to get my refund? 

If I get a refund without opening a case, will it count as a NPB strike for me? 

I will be sending this pony tracked, but I don't sell on ebay.  Do I have to give ebay any tracking numbers?

And any advice on how to open a case for a refund would be most welcomed.  I've only asked for a refund once in all my 15+ years of collecting, and things have changed a lot on ebay since then.

The dolls are starting to pop up in stores and people are getting their first chances to see them in person.  I was just curious at how many people are going to be collecting them. 

I'm just about to start going through my collection for the first time in a LONG time, and I'm looking for checklists I can print out to help me.  I know there used to be some floating around, but a lot of the old sites are gone or have moved, so I'm having a hard time finding what I need. 

I need checklists for all generations, but G1 is my priority.  I also wouldn't mind a checklist with some Nirvanas on it(if such a checklist exists) as I have some Argies, Brazilians, Greeks, and other Nirvanas.  I have all the reference guide books, I just need something that's quick to print out, and that I won't feel guilty marking up:p  Does anyone know any links to some checklists?

This isn't a pony issue, but I was wondering if somebody here knows about Etsy policies for problem transactions.

I purchased two small hand made items on January 2nd.  Since it was so close to the holidays, and the seller had several positive feedbacks, many within weeks of my purchase, I wasn't particularly worried that I didn't hear from the seller or see it marked as shipped for a while.  About a week after purchase I got a message through Etsy telling me that the seller shipped my two items, plus two extras on around the 7th.  The despite what the seller said, the item was still listed as "unshipped" on my Etsy transaction page, but I figured the seller just forgot to update Etsy.  This was a domestic purchase. 

I waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive, just in case the post office was being crazy, and it did not.  I then contacted the seller.  I waited a week for a response, and got none.  Contacted her again.  No response.  Contacted her AGAIN.  No response. 

I sent another message through Etsy yesterday.  If I don't hear from her by Monday, I am wondering what I can do to get my money back.  Is there a refund policy? Is there a time limit on refunds like on ebay?  The item is still listed as "unshipped".
