My Yellow Card Arrived!

Little back story, as we all know, Babydoll sells a lot of HTF items.  I asked her many months ago about the yellow card for the bed and crib set.  Unfortunately, she did not have one for sale .  Fast forward to present day minus a few weeks.  After I have declared going on a hiatus, what comes up in Babydoll's auction?  None other than the yellow card that I wanted more than anything else pony at this time.    Unless we are talking about a super HTF nirvana at an unbelievable price.  That, of course, I would want more than a yellow card.  She just "happened" to come across it in a mix bag of 80's toys.  I digress.   

So auction times happens and there are only two bidders for the card with me being one of them.  Out of fear of being sniped, I place a fairly high second bid on the card.  Second wind down, and no additional  bids are placed.  Hallelujah!  So without further ado, my finally completed bed and crib set

I saw it, but did not bid as I have other collecting priorities atm and I'm not nearly as close to completing that set.  I'm glad you won it, you definitely needed it more than me! Congrats on completing the set, it's awesome ^_^

Wow, that's awesome. I didn't even know this set existed! I can imagine how difficult those cards would be to find.  Congrats on completing your set

Thank you guys.  I won the bed with most of its accessories off of eBay last December.  The blue card I got in a trade with a member her.  The babies I got on a best offer on eBay.  Mommy pony was purchased from another member, and you know about the yellow card.  It took less than a year to do, but I know I was very fortunate for that.

Me either. I just assumed she came with her babies and maybe a brush and ribbon.

It completes a really heart warming picture all together.

P.S The two oddly oversized nappies do 100% come with this set too (I had this set new as a child) i have no idea why my little pony wiki does not have them listed but hopefully someone else can back me up on this one!

This playset is really HTF and for the longest time I never thought I would actually get it, but after almost a year of constant searching I finally got it for my Surprise Twins Pony! It's one of my all-time favorite playset paired with one of my all-time favorite pony! *squee*

Congrats! That tiny, paper card has to be one of the most impossible things to find xD HUGE congrats for just tracking it down. That set is so adorable, and pastel, one of the best G1 sets <3 Everything looks so mint
