New Ponies!

Hubby and I have been fostering a hamster that escaped from the Fort McMurray wildfires here in Alberta. She's been with us the last 2 months and she finally got to go home today! The family gave me a card before they left, and when I opened it I saw they had given me a $100 pre-paid Visa card! So of course I went pony hunting at the antique mall!

Merry Treats and Boysenberry Pie were only $3.00 each and are in great condition! Just need a wash and style. Sunspot is a double for me but I couldn't pass her up at only $4.00! Can't wait to get them cleaned up!

I'm glad the hamster got back to her family. Most people probably wouldn't think to go that far for a hamster. Only the bigger animals. You guys are awesome people.

The family actually got the hamster and their cat out of the house before the house burned down. They boarded the cat at my friends boarding kennel and I took the hamster (Hemley). I miss her already :(  Good thing I have pony spas to take my mind off missing her!
