It's a zapcode. If you scan it in the My Little Pony Friendship Celebration app, it does stuff... supposedly. I've never managed to get it to work though

I let them free, no boxed ponies in my house, I work at a grocery store that has a toy section. I talked to the vender they get 30-40 count boxes and only get maybe one or two of her per box, the rest is all main six.
