Which ponies do you think have colors that photos can't capture?

I just got a Forsythia for my birthday and her color really surprised me!  I always thought she had more of a raw dark sunburnt pink color because of pictures of her, but it's much more red and vivid in person.  I know a lot of other ponies like Shady with very bright colors also cannot really be captured in a photo, which ponies do you know of that are like this?

I agree with forsythia!!!

I also think the perfume puff ponies colors look so drab and muddy in photos but in real life, they are so sweet with their pastels!

Hula Hula looks more dark pink, but she's actually fuschia.

Star Dasher is a darker purple then she appears.

I thought Baby Drummer's mane was orange, it's more a pale, peachy-orange. It's gorgeous!

Fizzy looks turquoise and I'm pretty sure my girl is faded, but she's the color of pistachio ice cream.

My childhood Shady's pink is a lot more vibrant then it looks.

I agree with you on Forsythia, her cinnamon red-pink is stunning!

Any neon colored pony is going to be hard to capture accurately.

I only know a tiny bit about color... because it gets way more technical than I care to learn.

I think the only colors that present an issue are neon colors due to their glow and not being a color that can be displayed or captured. I think a vivid green, vivid green/yellow, vivid magenta and/or vivid magenta/red are probably easier to get close to. Any neons closer to yellow, orange, red, blue, purple and pink are harder or not possible.

All other colors really should be possible... but it's dependent on if the person who is taking the photo color corrected their photo, and/or the monitor of the person viewing it.

I don't know about photos, but chartreuse hair is WAY difficult to capture in watercolors- like the hair for Shady, Honey Suckle, Surprise... it just looks either yellow or lime green when I paint it, but not neon...

Definitely bright pink ponies like Snowflake and Shady!

And I find my photos don't do justice to fading pink hair either.

Definitely anyone with chartreuse hair - or neon hair in general - it either comes out too washed out or too bright in photos, I find Which is a shame, since chartreuse hair is so pretty irl.

G3 Velvet Bow tends to be hard to photograph, too - she's a really unusual colour, but in photos she either looks straight purple or straight grey, instead of the weird mix of the two that she actually is. If that makes sense..

Are you using neon paints?
There probably aren't as many choices like acrylics, but neon watercolors do see to exist. X_x; I just tossed out a bunch of neon pigments at work-- could of been used to make your own.

g4 Snowcatcher, who I was very surprised to find has two-tone pink hair! It always looked solid in pictures, and the difference is so subtle... heh. Also g1 ponies, in my opinion, have a certain charm to them that cameras can't pick up

Princess Peppermint, I think... She's a gorgeous frosty red in real life, but in photos she always seems to turn into a washed out, glare-y mess

I was going to say some of the green ponies:  Mimic, Fizzy.  Ice Crystal can be a hard one to photograph.

Glow N' Shows and Sparkle ponies don't seem to photograph too well, either.
