That is funny because in the season 1, a.k.a. the only season where episodes are verified to be made for it, they have to be in no latter than 1st grade as they made way too many mistakes throughout the show that would have sent them back in grades but would be prefect to learn not to do before 2nd grade.

In addition, Bon Bon and Teddy had trouble with basic math to the point of failing that class.

Yeah, they seemed pretty young in the cartoon.  Didn't Sweetheart turn either 9 or 10 at her birthday party in that one episode.

Wish they'd made them in baby pony molds!

haha, I just realized I have a Melody from every generation except G2 (and G3.5, I suppose). I'll have to rectify that one day >3

Pretty much!  Just cheap craft paint and a brush with about 8 hairs in it, pointy-kind.  I actually don't have a steady hand but it seems I do better at tiny things than larger designs! 

Carrehz I saw that and was thrilled.  I'm honored you like my work so much!  :)  (she will go out today!)

Clover from this set was my last G1 pony I bought in stores <3 I have her back today, after making that bad decision to sell her when I started collecting as an adult. After 6 ears she came back to me (the very same pony <3)... Still have her today, wont ever again give her up :)
I remember though I was kinda disappointed. In the comics and the tv series the ponies were more like kids, well ok older kids but still kids. Their bodies though (when you bought them) were like the normal full grown adult... :/

I never realized that someone on here bought him.  My brother sold him on Ebay for me (along with a bunch of other customs I was clearing out) so I never thought to ask if anyone on here bought them.  I'm so glad that Ace found a good home.
