I may have watched every episode of My Little Pony Tales in one sitting earlier... which is... beside the point at the moment, lol.  Can I see your Tales ponies?  The Hasbro ones, custom ones, whatever you got.  :)

This was a childhood set of mine but over here they were called the 7 Characters.  I didn't even know about the cartoon until years later and still haven't watched it.  In my mind they were adult ponies, not middle schoolers, and Patch was my favourite followed by Clover :)

Don't have any of the ponies (but got close to getting Bright Eyes, Patch and Bon Bon TWICE) but I do own the DVD set and more than half of the UK comics featuring the characters (should I mention that Teddy is often miscoloured as red in these? Or that Ace is usually miscoloured as green and sometimes has the wrong symbol? Or that Lancer is lilac sometimes?)

Seven Characters is the promo name for them in the first release everywhere in English, I think. 7 pony friends in 1994.

Starlight was my favourite in the cartoon but Bright Eyes is my favourite because she was a lot more shy and awkward in the comic, less bossy.

Sister and I had them all from new, eventually, but for a while I only had bright eyes, from holiday in wales one summer!
