I have seen them, and I don't like it at all, it's just a way to force people to buy even more clothes, because 'one fits all' doesn't apply any more. What's the point if you cannot use your old clothes any more???
I'd love a doll in my body shape, and I'm absolutely sure I'm not alone there!
I think the new bodies and skin colors are important tho I don't believe that dolls alone cause body image issues. Peer pressure is a much stronger cause. But these dolls will help normalize these things so that when they are older they are more accepting of differences. And really that's the most important benefit.
I kind of like them but really none I think would fit my body type Sad thing is when I think Petite I don't think height.. I think about build.. like I'm considered Petite in build but not in height
