Intro Post?

Hi everyone!  I was just looking around on the web, looking at some mlp stuff, when I found this website!  I've always had some interest in mlp, but wasn't so sure until some time after I found g4.  But still, I've always had a few of the li'l plastic horsies lying around, and have enjoyed them.

As for collecting, I won't really do too much of it, thanks to not having a ton of money to spend, but I may pick up the occasional pony when I have a chance.  As for specifically what I may collect, I'm currently interested in fakies, and whatever else I happen across.

I have some ponies from my childhood, which I remember at least having the g3 Star Catcher and Desert Rose, and definitely a few others.  I'll have to dig them out of the rest of my stuff, and possibly give repairs (I remember one having unfortunately gotten most of her hair cut off, I forget how...).  I was mostly around when g3 was about, and I'm not positive if I have any g1s; though I did watch a few episodes of the original cartoon on DVD.
Anyways, I'm looking forward to participating whenever I can, and I hope I can get along with you guys!! 
I just want to get more involved, since mlp has some noteworthy sentimental value for me, and have fun!

If you are collecting on a budget (like many of us!) thrift stores, garage sales and school fairs are great places to pick up ponies for a good price.  Sometimes you can even stumble across something rare if you are lucky!  Enjoy the forums
