What to do with a Show Stable shell?

Actually, I think it's his now.

So, a little while ago I was at a thrift shop and found the shell of a Show Stable... no accessories, rather yellowed, with a piece broken off the roof and a crack in the wall. I still couldn't force myself to leave it behind! I already have a Show Stable in better condition, so now it's kind of... taking up space. I'm sure that other collectors have had this problem. I don't know if I can bring myself to "release" it back into the thrifting world. I feel like there must be someone who could still make use of it.

I have been meaning to revamp and update my sales page. I would be willing to offer it as a "free, just pay shipping" option, or free with a number of pony purchases. Do you think even that is a viable offer? I wouldn't mind some insight from the community, since it's G1 and I'd like it to go to a good home even if it isn't in good shape.

You mentioned you didn't have enough room...hmm..Why don't you mount it on the wall? Or can you..?

I'd keep it and make it into some kind of tree house for the Pegasus Ponies..

I think "free just pay for shipping" or offered free along with a purchase of $X would work.
I usually cant resist free+shipping items...

Really though, I'm trying to keep clutter down in our home. Though, I do love the "treehouse" idea. Actually, if I got a fake tree and trimmed it to hold the house, that would be a cute and attractive way to display some ponies out in our main living space...

I've seen some amazing customs of MLP playsets.  I'm thinking of one in particular but I can't remember which playset it was nor what it was turned into   I know...a lot of help I am!  Let me see if I can dig up photos.

Ah ha!  Found it.  ^_^  It was a show stable that was turned into a "Candy Parlor" - amazing work.  <3  The artist even printed off stickers to decorate it with.  It will forever be one of my favorite customs!

Everytime I see that, I squirm with happy jealousy. Someone also did a stunning Dream Castle repaint.

I like the idea of a Winged Pony Treehouse.

*jaw drops* That is amazing! The idea of customizing it did come to mind... maybe I should just wait for inspiration to strike? The treehouse is a good start... if I can turn it into something I love, I can see myself MAKING the space for it.

It doesn't seem too hard to find for people who still want one, so if the crack in the wall seems beyond repair, I'd consider customizing it into a new playset. Haunted house maybe? Or leave as is and keep it as an ancient ruin, excavated by G4 archaeologists?
