For those who are unsure about how the joints look, perhaps custom pony wear?
I'm partial to the argument that [the ribbon brushables] are just being put out to sell their codes in this upcoming mobile app, and once that's over with, they can move on to other characters. Time will tell if it's right or not, of course, but in the meantime these are pretty easy to read as contractual obligation and nothing more.

I wouldn't have liked these as a kid, the joints would have bothered me.But as an adult I am seeing an opportunity to make a custom Peridot pony (from Steven Universe) or even a robot pony, so bring 'em on, ha ha.
I'm hoping they actually look better when posed right because that seller put them in some really awkward poses.
