Curious, and I'm sure this has been asked before - but do the black numbers on the bottom of the ponies' feet mean anything?  Are they the same on every pony?  I have two identical FS Pinkie Pies (w/glittery black balloon) and their numbers are completely different.  Has anyone solved this mystery yet?

They're production date numbers! They represent the day your pony was made. MLPMerch has a code converter on their website so you can see what day/month/year your pony was made. The article also explains them in more detail.

Yes, now you clearly can guess-timate your ponies' birthdays!  :-p

Just don't put in ponies that were made pre-G4! I put in a Scootaloo from 2009 and it told me 2019  XD

Its the joy of toy collecting! We found this out from GI Joe collectors years ago - its something they knew about for years and were used to with Hasbro. But all new to us as pony collectors!
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi
Loa is my love god!
