Hasbro needs a Disney Infinity/Skylanders type game

Hasbro is already licensed to produce toys for many of Disney's properties so why can't Disney allow Hasbro's characters in Infinity someday?

Just saw this today. It has potential. But I'd far rather see ponies come to life like that.

Didn't they already have plans for something like this? they showed at the toy fair the ponies who have hearts in one of  the hooves (like some G3s have stamps for magnets) 

If I remember right Hasbro said the heart could be scaned or something along those lines, here are the pics

THOSE WINGS! are pretty.   Sorry I know I've seen that before, but can't wait for them to come out.

I guess it's sort of "interactive" where you scan the hoof marks, but... i don't think you unlock playable characters? with it? maybe so?  and worlds?  Also I'm pretty sure that app "expires" your scanned ponies after a few days, so in that way it's not like skylanders/dis infinity either.  (that's exactly what the new transformers app does)

Ok bear with me because I am about to sound about 110 years old with this comment. But...I actually like toys that dont hook up immediately to computer games and media. I think there is no harm in a toy that makes a kid actually play in a traditional and old fashioned way. Maybe its because they have access to such things in so many other different lines and different ways already. But I like the old fashioned concepts of toy lines that are...well...just toys.

Its kind of why I am disappointed in the zap codes. I knew it was coming, they were always going to tap into the market. But I hope its a surface thing only.
